The high density microfine cement composition is pumped into a low injectivity zone of the subterranean well.

본 발명은 초고강도 에폭시 수지 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 구조물 설치 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 구조물 벽체 또는 슬라브 설치를 위한 거푸집을 설치하는 단계; 및 상기 거푸집에 에폭시 수지 모르타르 조성물을 타설하여 벽체 또는 슬라브를 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되며, 에폭시 수지 60~80중량%, 반응성 희석제 5~25중량%, 비반응성 희석제 0.01~5중량%, 무기물 충전제 1~20중량%, 응집제 1~5중량%, 난연제 1~3중량% 및 소포제 0.01~1중량%를 포함하는 기본 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 폴리옥시프로필렌 디아민 10~30중량%, 폴리아미드 아민 30~60중량%, 아닐린 0.01~20중량%, 트리에틸렌테트라아민, 디에틸렌트리아민 중 선택된 하나 이상의 아민 화합물 0.1~20중량%, 촉진제 5~20중량%를 포함하는 경화성분 30~50 중량부를 현장에서 혼합하여 얻어지는 혼합 성분 100 중량부를 기준으로 규사 150~500 중량부를 다시 혼합하여 얻어진 에폭시 수지 모르타르 조성물을 사용하며, 상기 에폭시 수지 모르타르 조성물을 거푸집 내에 타설하고 경화하는 것을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 모르타르 조성물을 이용한 구조물의 설치 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 방법에 의해 시공되는 구조물은 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 주재 성분과 아민계 경화제 성분으로 이루어져 압축강도, 인장강도 등 초고강도의 물성을 가지고, 신속한 공정처리가 가능한 장점이 있다. 따라서 이러한 초고강도를 갖는 에폭시 수지 모르타르 조성물을 이용하여 구조물을 시공함으로써 기존의 콘크리트를 대체하여 방사선 차폐, 방탄 및 방호용 구조물로 이용될 수 있고, 또한 내진 기능도 가질 수 있어 내진 구조물로 이용될 수 있다. 또한, 높은 자중이나, 압력, 충격이 요구되는 구조물에 있어 수축의 안정성으로 크랙이 발생하지 않고 방수기능이 탁월하여 높은 내압력이 요구되는 댐 구조물, 선착장 구조물 등에 그 효용성이 매우 크다.

The methods include introducing a modified biopolymer into an inner diameter of the casing, reverse-circulating a cement composition in the wellbore, permitting the modified biopolymer to contact the cement composition, and terminating the reverse-circulation upon detection of an increase in pressure in pumping the cement composition. The modified biopolymer includes a reaction product of a biopolymer and an organic carbonate, and the cement composition has a pH greater than 11.

The present invention relates to primer compositions in powder form that comprise a dispersion powder based on an acrylate polymer having a glass transition temperature in the range from −50°C to +30°C and cement. The compositions of the invention are notable for good water barrier effect, good dust-binding capacity, and a low tendency toward salt efflorescence. The compositions find use in the priming of masonry, concrete, rendered surfaces, abraded render, plaster surfaces, wall blocks, wood, and ceramic tiles. They can also be used as adhesion promoters with nonabsorbent substrates such as glazed ceramic or glass tiles, metal surfaces, or surfaces of plastic.

A low-density, high-strength concrete composition that is both self-compacting and lightweight, with a low weight-fraction of aggregate to total dry raw materials, and a highly-homogenous distribution of a non-absorptive and closed-cell lightweight 5 aggregate such as glass microspheres or copolymer polymer beads or a combination thereof, and the steps of providing the composition or components. Lightweight concretes formed therefrom have low density, high strength-to-weight ratios, and high R-value. The concrete has strength similar to that ordinarily found in structural lightweight concrete but at an oven-dried density as low as 40 lbs./cu.ft. The concrete, 10 at the density ordinarily found in structural lightweight concrete, has a higher strength and, at the strength ordinarily found in structural lightweight concrete, a lower density. Such strength-to-density ratios range approximately from above 30 cu.ft/sq.in. to above 110 cu.ft/sq.in., with a 28-day compressive strength ranging from about 3400 to 8000 psi.

Darüber hinaus soll der kathodische Korrosionsschutz besonders schnell und sowohl bei Neubauten als auch im Rahmen einer Sanierung/Nachrüstung realisiert werden können. Dazu wird auf den Stahlbeton ein Textilbeton (8) appliziert, wobei der Textilbeton (8) ein Carbongewebe (10) und einen Mörtel umfasst, wobei zwischen einer Kathode und einer Anode eine elektrische Dauerspannung angelegt wird und wobei der Bewehrungsstahl (2) als Kathode und das Carbongewebe (10) als Anode verwendet wird.

A cement slurry composition is described as having cement, water, and organic polymer particles. The organic polymer particles are coated with a hydrophilic coating. The hydrophilic coating may be a sulfonate, a catecholamine or a polysiloxane or a combination thereof. The cement slurry composition is prepared and then pumped into the subterranean well and placed in a zone of the subterranean well. Time is then allowed for the cement slurry composition to set and form a solid mass in the zone.
