A method for producing a lightweight concrete resin panel is provided. A set of ingredients for producing the lightweight concrete are weighed, wherein the weighing is based on predefined ratios. Dry ingredients from the set of ingredients such as multiple cement types and multiple lightweight aggregates are mixed into a dry mixture. Water, multiple resins, one or more polymers, and one or more epoxies are added to the dry mixture and mixed to produce a final mixture. The final mixture is transferred to a vibrator, wherein the vibrator vibrates the final mixture horizontally, vertically and rotary. Upon vibrating, the final mixture is processed and cured to produce the lightweight concrete.
