Abstract:
Disclosed herein are elastomer compounds comprising: at least one elastomer that is resistant to heat for 70 h at 100°C such that the at least one elastomer exhibits at least one of the following properties selected from: (a) a change in durometer hardness of no more than 15 points, (b) a change in tensile strength of no more than 40%, and (c) a change in ultimate elongation of no more than 40% The elastomer compound further comprises at least one graphene-based material present in an amount ranging from 0.01 phr to 30 phr relative to the at least one elastomer and at least one carbon black present in an amount ranging from 15 phr to 150 phr relative to the at least one elastomer. Also disclosed are methods of making such compounds, and articles comprising elastomer compounds.

L'invention a trait à un procédé de préparation d'un matériau composite comprenant une matrice polymère fluorée et une charge consistant en des particules inorganiques échangeuses d'ions comprenant une étape de synthèse in situ desdites particules au sein de la matrice polymère en présence d'un agent compatibilisant consistant en un copolymère comprenant un premier motif répétitif issu de la polymérisation d'un monomère fluoré éthylénique et d'un deuxième motif répétitif issu de la polymérisation d'un monomère (méth)acrylique éventuellement fluoré, ledit premier motif répétitif étant différent dudit deuxième motif répétitif et ledit copolymère étant différent du ou des (co)polymères entrant dans la constitution de la matrice polymère fluorée.

본 발명의 구현예들은 기재 상에 불소계 고분자 및 옥사졸린기 함유 고분자를 포함하는 프라이머 층을 형성하고, 상기 프라이머 층 상에 불소계 고분자를 포함하는 수지층을 형성함으로써 내열/내습 조건에서의 신뢰성 및 접착력이 우수할 뿐 아니라, 내후성 및 내구성이 우수한 다층 필름을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 다층 필름은 저비점 용매를 사용하여 낮은 건조 온도에서 저비용으로 제조할 수 있어, 제조 단가를 절감할 수 있으며, 열변형 또는 열충격 등에 의한 제품의 품질 저하를 방지할 수 있다. 이러한 다층 필름은 광전지 모듈용 이면 시트 등에 유용하게 사용되어, 장기간 외부환경에 노출되어도 우수한 내구성을 유지할 수 있는 광전지 모듈을 제공할 수 있다.

Provided is a back sheet for a solar cell module that includes: a polyester film layer having a easy-adhesive acryl coating layer formed on either or both sides thereof through in-line coating, and a fluorine coating layer prepared by applying a fluorine coating composition containing titanium dioxide as well as a fluoride resin selected from polyvinylidene fluoride or tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene-vinylidene fluoride, to a top side of the acryl coating layer. The back sheet for a solar cell module described in the disclosure may be produced by a simple process, and as a result, reduces production costs while exhibiting excellent adhesiveness to a sealing material.

A molded article comprises at least one wall defining a cavity, the wall having an opening therein permitting access to the cavity. The wall comprises a polymer composition comprising a thermoplastic polymer, a polymer additive selected from the group consisting of nucleating agents, clarifying agents, and combinations thereof, and a fluoropolymer. A method for molding a polymer composition is also provided.

The present invention provides oriented film comprising the composition 55 to 95 wt% tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene/perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer and 45 to 5 wt% tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer to total 100 wt% based on the combined weight of said copolymers, wherein the alkyl in each copolymer comprises 1 to 4 carbon atoms and wherein the presence of the tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer in the composition and the presence of perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) in both copolymers improves the thermoformability of the film as compared to oriented film of the same film thickness comprising the tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene/perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer by itself.
