Abstract:
A fire igniter uses a chemical reaction of two components, such as glycerin and powdered potassium permanganate, to create a flame. The glycerin may be contained within a crushable vial. The powder may be contained within a sleeve along with the vial, to form a fuel cell. The fuel cell may be contained within an outer cover. Flammable material may be contained with the fuel cell, and is ignited when the fuel cell is broken to create a flame. The fuel cell may alternatively be contained within a housing, which may be formed of a pair of housing sections that are releasably secured together to define an interior compartment. The housing sections are separable to enable the fuel cell to be removed from the compartment. Alternatively, the fuel cell may be contained within an actuable housing assembly that acts as both a package and an actuator.
Abstract:
Present Invention discloses new combustible mixture and fuel, which during burning releases energy 15 times greater than that of lignite and 4-5 times than that of coke. The combustible mixture consists of the liquid and solid phases, where the solid phase comprises: aluminium powder; at least one M 1 X 2 , where M 1 can be any metal in oxidation state +2, and X can be any halogen; M 2 CO 3 , where M 2 can be any two-valent metal; zinc ammonia chloride, SiO 2 in the form of quartz sand; and quick lime; whereas the liquid matter comprises: at least one C 1 to C 6 carboxylic acid, or at least one anhydride of the mentioned carboxylic acids, or at least one its ester or amide; methylcellulose; and formaldehyde, or its commercially accessible solution - formalin; and water. Fuel is made when the combustible mixture is hermetically closed in a container. The Invention also presents both the energy production method and the use of the invented fuel.
Abstract:
Present invention relates to inflammable, single-use material assembly adapted to simplify the lighting of a fire, the assembly comprising at least one top sheet and at least one bottom sheet, wherein the material assembly comprises at least one sheet of paper and at least one sheet of plastic, and in that the top and the bottom sheets are joined together face to face with pieces of wood arranged in between.
Abstract:
Abstract:
This invention aims to create a new production method of biofuel briquettes which allows to produce the biofuel briquettes by employing the 'mechanical' or 'manual' method without using electric power. The fundamental feature of the invention is that by producing the biofuel briquettes from various types of waste, a binding agent is introduced into the same mass, which during the process of natural drying congeals together with the said waste. The following waste can be used when using the invention: peat, coal sand, rabbit faeces, hay, straw, grains, hulls, shells, flour, dry sugar beet waste, shredded branches, chips, sawdust, cones, recycled grease, etc. The said waste can be mixed with the binding agent (flour) mechanically, while the said waste can be also pressed manually with a pestle into the pockets made of various materials even without the binding agent. The preparation method of the biofuel briquette ensures very easy production process without any energy sources: neither heat nor electricity . Also, the biofuel briquettes produced in such a way are characterized by high energy emission, are light and damp-proof. The damp / moisture does not damage the mentioned briquettes.
Abstract:
A combustible fuel package is provided for a grill which comprises a generally tubular body defining a cavity therein, this body made of a paper material or other non-hazardous combustible material sufficient in strength to retain a solid fuel such as charcoal briquettes within the cavity for a sufficient amount of time to allow the solid fuel to burn to a sufficient degree for cooking food before the paper body is fully consumed, the body having a plurality of vertically oriented elongated apertures spaced around the exterior of the body.
Abstract:
Integrated cement production systems and methods implementing the systems are disclosed, where the integrated cement production systems include a burnable fuel supply subsystem, a cement raw material supply subsystem, a kiln subsystem and a cement clinker composition storage subsystem. The burnable fuel supply subsystem is adapted to receive one or a plurality of used and/or unused healthcare materials. The burnable fuel supply subsystem can feed the materials directly into the kiln subsystem, can convert the materials into different form and feed the different form to the kiln subsystem or feed a combination of the materials, different forms and optionally conventional fuels to the kiln subsystem.
Abstract:
An environmentally-safe, disposable, and combustible charcoal-based portable heat source includes a first combustible, inner, vertical, upright chimney structure, and a second combustible, outer, vertical, upright wall structure surround said chimney structure and an inner chimney flue defined by said chimney structure for receiving air for igniting and burning said charcoal-based heat source. An outer chimney flue defined by the outer wall of said first combustible, inner, vertical, upright chimney structure and the inner wall of said second combustible, outer, vertical, upright, wall structure, said outer chimney for exhausting fumes from said heat source. A removable inner chimney insert provides structural support for the heat source. An ignition ring establishes a sustained ignition to uniformly ignite the charcoal-based fuel.
Abstract:
Combustible packages for containing a fuel source and a fire started are provided. A combustible package may include a cardboard outer wall and top and bottom lids for substantially closing top and bottom openings defined by the outer wall. Each lid may define a central panel for extending across an opening and a plurality of tabs for facilitating a press fit between the lids and the outer wall. Each lid may also define a central opening for receiving an end of a fire starter. The fire starter may be wound paper tube impregnated with an accelerant. The fuel source may be a plurality of charcoal briquettes contained between the outer wall, the top and bottom lids and the fire starter. The outer wall may define one or more ventilation openings between the bottom edge and the bottom lid. Or the bottom edge may be scalloped to provide ventilation openings.
