The invention relates to a device and a corresponding method for the draft correction of a conveyed, in particular textile, material web (W), in which at least two flexed rolls (3, 4) are provided in a machine frame (2), the free ends (3', 3", 4', 4") of said flexed rolls being connected to each other by means of a holding plate (5, 6) respectively. According to the invention, both holding plates (5, 6) are disposed opposite of one another and are rotatably mounted about a common rotational axis (D) on the machine frame (2). It is particularly advantageous that both flexed rolls (3, 4) are pivotably mounted on both holding plates (5, 6).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein zugehöriges Verfahren zur Verzugskorrektur einer geförderten, insbesondere textilen Warenbahn (W), bei der in einem Maschinengestell (2) zumindest zwei Bogenwalzen (3, 4) vorgesehen sind, deren freie Enden (3', 3", 4', 4") mittels jeweils einer Halteplatte (5, 6) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die beiden Halteplatten (5, 6) einander gegenüber liegend und drehbar um eine gemeinsame Drehachse (D) gelagert am Maschinengestell (2) angeordnet sind. Besonders vorteilhaft sind die beiden Bogenwalzen (3, 4) schwenkbar an den beiden Halteplatten (5, 6) gelagert.

A process for making a necked nonwoven web having improved cross directional uniformity includes the steps of passing a nonwoven web between a first nip having a first surface velocity and a second nip having a second surface velocity, necking the nonwoven web between the first and second nips, and selectively increasing the necking of a central region of the nonwoven web relative to two edge regions or selectively decreasing the necking in the edge regions. The selective increase in necking in the central region or selective decrease in necking in the edge regions offsets the relatively higher necking in the edge regions which is inherent in conventional necking processes. A process for making a laminate having improved cross-directional uniformity is also provided.

A width expanding device (100) comprises two rollers (1, 2, 3,) having complementary contours (15), e.g. helical contours, which mutually engage when the rollers (1, 2, 3) rotate. The product web (10) is taken through the expansion slot (12, 13) formed between the rollers (1, 2 or 1, 3) and is expanded in accordance with the depth of engagement of the contours (15) between two adjacent rises in the contours (5) across the width of the product web (10). The specific local width expansion is thus uniformly achieved over the entire width of the product web. The essential feature for the occurence of the effect is a pressure roller (7) adjacent to the expansion slots (12, 13) and bearing on the rollers (2, 3) which clamps the product web (10) between itself and the peaks of the reliefs (15) and secures it across its width.

An object of the present invention is to provide a layered nonwoven fabric with excellent feel on the skin and liquid permeability, and a method for producing the layered nonwoven fabric. The layered nonwoven fabric of the present invention is as follows. A layered nonwoven fabric (1) comprising an upper layer (2) consisting of a first nonwoven fabric and a lower layer (3) consisting of a second nonwoven fabric, wherein the layered nonwoven fabric (1) has a first surface (4) on the first nonwoven fabric side with a plurality of protrusions (5) and recesses (6) and a second surface (7) on the second nonwoven fabric side, the protrusions (5) on the first surface (4) have a higher basis weight than the recesses (6) on the first surface (4), and the protrusions (5) on the first surface (4) have a lower fiber density than the recesses (6) on the first surface (4).

Eine Webmaschine zur Herstellung einer Papiermaschinenbespannung umfasst eine Webzone (12) zur Herstellung einer Webstruktur mit Kett-und Schussfäden, in einer Webrichtung auf die Webzone (12) folgend, eine Spannzone (34) mit einem ersten Aufnahmerollensystem (36) und einem in Webrichtung darauf folgenden zweiten Aufnahmerollensystem (38), wobei jedes Aufnahmerollensystem(36, 38) dazu ausgebildet ist, die Webstruktur (42) zur Erzeugung einer Spannung in Webrichtung voranzubewegen, eine Heizanordnung (60) zum Thermofixieren der Webstruktur (42) zwischen dem ersten Aufnahmerollensystem (36) und dem zweiten Aufnahmerollensystem (38).
