Herein a boiler tube (2) having a longitudinal extension (L) and comprising radially inner and outer tubular portions (4, 6) extending along at least a first part (5) of the longitudinal extension (L). The radially outer tubular portion (6) is metallurgically bonded to the radially inner tubular portion (4). A sensor space (8) is arranged between the radially inner tubular portion (4) and the radially outer tubular portion (6), wherein the sensor space (8) is configured to accommodate a sensor arranged to detect a physical property of the radially outer tubular portion (6). A duct (10) is connected to the sensor space (8) and extends through the radially outer tubular portion (6) to an exit portion (12) of a surface of the radially outer tubular portion (6). The radially inner and outer tubular portions comprise materials of different chemical composition. Also, a boiler tube unit and a furnace are disclosed herein.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur optimalen Bemessung der Wärmeübertragungsrohre in Abhitzekesseln von Kraftwerken. Es wird angestrebt, eine möglichst genaue Einhaltung der errechneten und geplanten wärmetechnischen Werte zu erreichen. Dies wird dadurch erzielt, dass zunächst theoretische Berechnungen erfolgen, und zwar insbesondere für die Wärmeübertragungswerte und Druckverluste, dass die Wärmeübertragungsrohre bezüglich Abmessungen und Rippengeometrie zu Beginn der Produktion nach diesen Berechnungen gefertigt werden, dass während der Produktion der Wärmeübertragungsrohre die berechneten wärmetechnischen Werte in bestimmten Intervallen in einem Vergleichsprüfstand überprüft werden und dass bei Feststellung von Abweichungen Korrekturen bei den einzelnen Parametern vorgenommen werden.

A steam generator for generating a superheated fluid from a working fluid using a stream of heated gas, the steam generator comprising : a housing, which defines a gas flow path having an inlet at one, upstream end thereof into which a stream of heated gas is delivered and an outlet at the other, downstream end thereof; and a steam generation module which is disposed within the gas flow path of the housing, the steam generation module comprising a heat exchanger which receives a working fluid and is operative to raise the temperature of the working fluid to provide a saturated fluid, and a superheater which receives the saturated fluid from the heat exchanger and is operative to raise the temperature of the saturated fluid and provide a supersaturated fluid.

Wandausbiegung im Bereich einer im wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Brenneröffnung (2), wobei die Wandausbiegung (1) aus Rohrwänden (3) gebildet ist und die Rohrwände (3) aus gasdicht verschweißten Rohr-Steg-Rohr-Kombinationen besteht und deren Rohre (5) von einem Kühlmedium durchströmt werden, wobei zumindest ein Teil der Wandausbiegung (1) entlang der beiden Längsseiten (7) der rechteckförmigen Brenneröffnung (2) mittels vorgefertigter Rohrwandsegmente (4) gebildet werden und wobei die vorgefertigten Rohrwandsegmente (4) im planen Zustand werkstattseitig maschinengeschweißt sind und anschließend werkstattseitig auf einen Wandbiege-Radius (R) von 70-140 mm und einen Wandbiege-Winkel (W) von 110°-150° gebogen sind.

A method for producing a heat exchange unit (22) for a recovery steam generator (20) comprising a tube bundle (24) each tube of which is equipped with segmented finning (26) jutting radially from said tubes (24), said segmented finning (26) being obtained by winding in a spiral and welding a metallic strip having a substantially trapezium-shaped cross section around said tubes (24), on said metallic strip a series of transversal cuts being made, which have a predetermined pitch and extend from a side edge of the strip, corresponding to the shorter base of the trapezium, for a predetermined depth, said strip being welded to said tubes (24) along the opposite side edge, corresponding to the longer base of the trapezium.
