Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zellenradschleuse, die als Durchblasschleuse ausgebildet ist und zur Sekundärbrennstoffdosierung dient. Die Durchblasschleuse verfügt im oberen Bereich über einen Zuführschacht (2) und einen darunter angeordneten zylinderförmigen Gehäuseteil (1), in dem horizontal ein Zellenrad (4) angeordnet ist. Das Zellenrad (4) ist mit radialen Zellenradstegen (3) versehen, in deren Rotationsbereich an den Gehäusestirnseiten (26) gegenüberliegend eine Einblas- (10) und eine Ausblasöfffnungen (11) vorgesehen ist. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Einblasöffnung (10) im Gehäuse eine Injektordüse (15) integriert ist, die die Förderluft in die vorbeirotierenden Dosierkammern (5) zur Entleerung einbläst. Dadurch kommt es zu Druckdifferenzen in der auszublasenden Dosierkammer (5), durch die nur geringe Druckbelastungen auf die Spaltabdichtungen wirken. Nach der Erfindung sind deshalb an den radialen Endbereichen der Zellenradstege (3) metallisch harte Spaltabdichtungen vorgesehen, die insbesondere bei der Sekundärbrennstoffdosierung hohe Standzeiten und geringe Leckluftmengen aufweisen.

The present invention can be used in the field of machine-tooling, in the building industry as well as in metallurgy and relates to a device for producing semi-finished products made of aluminium foam. This device ensures a uniform heating of the preform, excludes any skewing of its shape as a result of a thermal processing, and further reduces the inefficient use of thermal energy. This device includes a heating chamber as well as a mobile hearth where the preforms are arranged, wherein said hearth is made in the form of at least one grid of a refractory material having a low thermal capacity. Each grid is provided with a network thereon for receiving the preforms. The surfaces of the preforms remain flat due to the stretching of the network. The dimensions of the grid cells are selected so as to exclude any curvature thereof under the weight of the preforms, while the dimensions of the network cells are selected so as to prevent any flow of the preform material into the openings of said cells.
