본 발명은 대면적 단일 도메인으로 배열된 유기분자의 수직원기둥 또는 라멜라 구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 여러 개의 도메인(domain)을 가지고 있어 배열방향이 일정하지 않은 유기분자를 바닥기판과 상부기판 사이에 배열한 다음, 등방성전이온도 이상으로 열처리하여 처음과는 다른, 새로운 배열을 가지게 하는 대면적 단일 도메인으로 배열된 유기분자의 수직원기둥 또는 라멜라 구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 제조방법으로 제조된 대면적 단일 도메인으로 배열된 유기분자의 수직원기둥 또는 라멜라 구조체는 대면적 단일 도메인으로 완벽하게 수직원기둥형상을 가지게 되며, 기판의 특성에 관계없이 평평한 기판 사이에서 공간적으로 제한되어 열처리과정을 거치게 되므로, 고온 또는 용제를 이용한 배열에 비하여 빠르고 효율적으로 나노 구조체를 형성하는 것에 유용하다.

The concentration at which the phosphorescent emitter is at peak efficiency in the host material is greater than 10wt.%, and the composition does not include a fluorescent emitter, so that emission from the composition in use is substantially all phosphorescence.
