The support body is fixed on and connected to the first surface of the first circuit board. The elastic contact sheet is disposed on the first surface at the side that faces the support body. Also provided are a connector and a connector assembly. The connector assembly simplifies the structure of the connector and directly forms the components of the connector on the first circuit board and a second circuit board, thereby reducing the number of components in the connector, decreasing the size of the connector, and being conducive to the further thinning and miniaturizing of electric devices.
