    摘要: The invention relates to inhibitors of vegetable cystathionin gamma synthase. The method for identifying inhibitors of vegetable CGS comprises the following steps: a) purification of vegetable CGS until homogeneity is obtained; f) cultivation of suitable crystals of CGS inhibitor complexes for diffraction analysis; g) collection of crystallographic data of CGS inhibitor complexes with the aid of X rays and reduction of said data using suitable computer programs; h) dissolution of the the structure of enzyme inhibitor complexes by a process of molecular substitution using the structure of a native vegetable CGS and improvement of the model thus obtained using computer programs; i) design of novel inhibitors for vegetable cystathionin gamma synthase, based on structural information thus obtained. The invention also relates to inhibitors obtained according to the above-mentioned method and to the use thereof as herbicides.
