    摘要: Vorgestellt wird eine polyglycerolfettsäureesterhaltige Zusammensetzung, die folgende drei Bestandteile aufweist, nämlich erstens aus einer Veresterung von 2 bis zu 10 Glyceryleinheiten aufweisenden Polyglycerolen mit 12 bis zu 22 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisenden Fettsäuren erhältliche Polyglycerolfettsäureester, zweitens freies Polyglycerol mit 2 bis 10 Glyceryleinheiten, und drittens Polyglycerolfettsäure-monoester mit 2 bis 10 Glyceryleinheiten und mit 12 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisenden Fettsäureresten. Die Zusammensetzung ist insbesondere für die Verwendung in Ausgangsmaterial für ein 3D-Druckverfahren geeignet und kann mit kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen oder sonstigen Stoffen gut kombiniert werden. Herstellungsverfahren für entsprechendes Ausgangsmaterial für ein ebenfalls beschriebenes 3D-Druckverfahren sowie mittels dessen produzierbare Formkörper werden vorgestellt.

The high-oleic lecithin imparts improved characteristics to a product when compared to lecithin obtained from commodity soybeans. Examples of improved characteristics may include one or more of increased effective release, increased oxidative stability, increased OSI induction time, increased shelf life, increased smoke point, and a reduction in the increase in viscosity induced by oxidation or heat.
