    Abstract: 本发明公开了一种有机钆纳米粒及其制备方法和应用,所述有机钆纳米粒为亲水性高分子与钆离子结合的粒子,其制备方法为,先使亲水性高分子与钆离子进行配位反应;再加入碱液,反应得到有机钆纳米粒。本发明通过使亲水性高分子与钆离子进行配位反应,将反应体系中的游离钆离子消耗尽,形成亲水性高分子与钆离子结合的粒子;进行配合反应一段时间后再在碱液的作用下加速粒子的生长,得到具有良好T 1成像效果的有机钆纳米粒,所得有机钆纳米粒在1.5T下r 1≥30mM -1s -1,r 2/r 1≤1.3,所得有机钆纳米粒不易解离,克服了氧化钆纳米粒被细胞吞噬后在内涵体或溶酶体的酸性环境下易释放毒性钆离子的缺点。

    Abstract: Provided herein is a dendrimer comprising: i) a core unit (C); and ii) building units (BU), wherein the core unit is covalently attached to at least two building units; the dendrimer having from two to six generations of building units; wherein building units of different generations are covalently attached to one another; and the dendrimer further comprising: iii) one or more first terminal groups attached to an outermost building unit, wherein each first terminal group comprises a radionuclide-containing moiety; and iv) one or more second terminal groups attached to an outermost building unit, wherein each second terminal group comprises a pharmacokinetic-modifying moiety; or a salt thereof.     Abstract: A sub-nanometer gold sticker for blocking efficiently endotoxin activity to protect against sepsis is disclosed. The sub-nanometer gold sticker comprises a gold nanocluster that serves as a flake-like substrate and a coating of short alkyl motifs that act as an adhesive, allowing the sub-nanometer gold sticker to dock with LPS by compacting the intramolecular hydrocarbon chain-chain distance (d-spacing) of lipid A, an endotoxicity active site that can cause overwhelming cytokine induction resulting in sepsis progression. Methods of blocking endotoxin activity, and suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokines are also disclosed. Also disclosed is a method of protecting against endotoxin-induced sepsis via increasing critical micelle concentration for the inhibition of LPS non-lamellar aggregation.
