A filter includes an inlet side, an outlet side, and a body. The body includes a first substrate that includes an array of inlet holes passing through the first substrate, and a second substrate that includes an array of outlet holes passing through the second substrate. The body further includes an intermediate region that includes a plurality of channels extending along a plane that is transverse or at an angle to a main axis of the filter. Each channel communicates directly or indirectly with at least one of the inlet holes and at least one of the outlet holes. The filter provides a plurality of fluid flow paths through the body from the inlet side to the outlet side.
Abstract:
A fluid filtering apparatus such as for filtering particulates and other materials from treated water includes a tank and a filtering region configured as a plurality of individual effluent regions, defined in part by channel frames, disposed between a plurality of influent regions interposed between the effluent regions. A double sided backwash shoe is scannable in the influent regions, to simultaneously clean opposed filter media exposed thereto. The backwash shoe is free to move inwardly and outwardly of the opposed filter media. Additionally, the backwash shoe includes an end opening, positioned adjacent to the base of the tank, to remove sludge and particulates which have settled to the area near the base of the tank while backwashing a filter media.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Filtern von Fluid-Feststoff-Gemischen (8) mit einem eine Achse umschließenden Gehäuse (2), dem das Fluid-Feststoff -Gemisch (8) über einen Einlauf (7) zugeführt und aus dem das Filtrat über einen Ablauf abgezogen wird. In dem Gehäuse ist eine Filtereinheit (11) angeordnet, die eine Vielzahl jeweils einen Filtratraum aufweisender Filterelemente (12) umfasst, die unter Bildung von Zwischenräumen in gegenseitigem axialem Abstand planparallel zueinander angeordnet sind. In die Zwischenräume erstrecken sich turbulenzerzeugende Mittel (27), wobei die turbulenzerzeugenden Mittel (27) und die Filterelemente (12) eine Relativbewegung in der Ebene der Zwischenräume zueinander ausführen. Zur Vermeidung einer Deckschichtbildung bzw. zum Lösen bestehender Verblockungen besitzen die turbulenzerzeugenden Mittel (27) eine ausgeprägte Längserstreckungsrichtung, wobei deren erste Längsenden jeweils fest eingespannt sind und deren zweite Längsenden jeweils frei in den Zwischenräumen enden und wobei die turbulenzerzeugenden Mittel (27) über ihre gesamte Länge im lichten Abstand zu den Filterelementen (12) verlaufen.

Bei einer Filtrationsvorrichtung (1) umfassend ein druckbeständiges Gehäuse (2) mit einer Flüssigkeitseinlassöffnung (3) und einer Filtratauslassöffnung (4), in die ein Sammelkanal (12) mündet, ist an den Sammelkanal (12) mindestens ein als Flachmembran ausgebildetes Filterelement (8-11) druckdicht angeschlossen. Diese Vorrichtung erlaubt einen hohen Flüssigkeitsdurchsatz bei kompakter Bauweise.

The present invention provides a device for the filtration of fluids using porous fibrous filtration media. The present invention comprises a central support layer, one or more layers of porous media mounted on each side of the central support layer and an elastomeric seal on the outer edge of the support/media that forms a liquid tight seal so that all fluid must flow through the media before reaching the central support layer.

They may have knife seals (54, 56) or convention edge seals and porous fibrous media (58) is positioned there between and methods of manufacturing such filters. The media may also be relatively flat providing for a self supporting non-lenticular filtration structure.

본 발명은 풍력에너지를 이용한 지중 오염물질 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의한 풍력에너지를 이용한 지중 오염물질 처리장치는 농도감지부를 이용해 지중 중금속의 농도를 파악하고 파악된 정보를 관리자에게 무선 전송하여, 관리자로 하여금 적절한 조치를 즉각 취할 수 있게 한다. 또한 공기와 산화제의 주입에 의한 철산화대의 형성으로 망간의 침전과 비소의 흡착 효율을 높여 산화물질의 선택도를 향상시키고 지중 복합오염물질의 제거효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 아울러, 공기의 주입을 위해 풍력 에너지를 이용하므로 친환경적이다.
