Abstract: Catalytic compositions for depolymerizing polyolefin-based waste material into useful petrochemical products and methods of use are described. The compositions are a composite of at least one zeolite catalyst with one or more co-catalyst(s) that is a solid inorganic material. These composite catalysts, along with heat, are used to both increase the depolymerization reaction rate of the feed streams and suppress poisoning effects of non-polyolefin polymers that may be present. This results in a shorter residence time in the depolymerization unit and more efficient process.

Abstract: 本发明涉及到一种氧化铝包裹分子筛的复合载体、加氢裂化异构化催化剂及其制备方法和应用。先通过对分子筛进行氨基酸扩孔处理,之后对分子筛进行磺化处理,之后将磺化的分子筛加入到含有十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的醇水溶液中,再加入铝源和尿素,通过晶化、洗涤、干燥、焙烧得到复合载体,这种复合载体具有丰富的孔道,以及大量的酸性位点,使得加氢异构化性能高。此催化剂采用Pt、Pd、Ni、Co作为主要活性金属,Na、K、Be、Mg、Ca、Sr、Cr、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn作为助剂金属,助剂金属不仅可以提高活性金属的分散度,还能对分子筛的酸性位点进行选择性的覆盖和抑制,对加氢活性起到了关键性的作用,在长链烷烃加氢异构制备生物燃料方面具有较高的活性。

Abstract: Methods for cracking a hydrocarbon oil include contacting the hydrocarbon oil with a catalyst system in a fluidized catalytic cracking unit to produce light olefins and gasoline fuel. The catalyst system includes a FCC base catalyst and a catalyst additive. The FCC base catalyst includes a Y-zeolite. The catalyst additive includes a framework-substituted *BEA-type zeolite. The framework-substituted *BEA-type zeolite has a modified *BEA framework. The modified *BEA framework is a *BEA aluminosilicate framework modified by substituting a portion of framework aluminum atoms of the *BEA aluminosilicate framework with beta-zeolite Al-substitution atoms selected from titanium, zirconium, hafnium, and combinations thereof. The FCC base catalyst may include a framework-substituted ultra-stable Y (USY)-zeolite as the Y-zeolite. The framework-substituted USY-zeolite has USY aluminosilicate framework modified by substituting a portion of framework aluminum atoms with titanium, zirconium, hafnium, or combinations thereof.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method for producing light olefins from a hydrocarbon feed. The hydrocarbon feed and a water feed are introduced to a reactor to produce an effluent stream. The reactor is operated at a temperature and pressure such that cracking reactions occur in the reactor. The reactor includes a catalyst bed including a nanoscale zeolite catalyst having a crystal size ranging between 10 nm and 300 nm. The effluent stream includes the light olefins. The effluent stream is introduced to a first separator to produce a gas phase fraction and a liquid phase fraction. The gas phase fraction includes the light olefins. The liquid phase fraction is introduced to a second separator to produce a liquid hydrocarbon stream and a spent water stream.
