The invention describes an overhead travelling crane assembly (1) comprising an overhead rail (10) and a hoist unit (11) realized to travel along the rail (10), characterized by a parking lock (12) mounted to the hoist unit (11), which parking lock (12) comprises a brake assembly (12A, 12P, 12S, 12B) which, in its default position (S0), prevents movement of the hoist unit (11) along the overhead rail (10); and a release means (120) realised to release the brake assembly (12A, 12P, 12S, 12B) to allow movement of the hoist unit (11) along the overhead rail (10). The invention also describes a method of operating such an overhead travelling crane assembly (1); and a wind turbine (2) comprising such an overhead travelling crane assembly (1) in the nacelle (20).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Schräglaufverhinderung für einen Hängekran mit zwei abgehängten parallelen Laufschienen, die jeweils eine Lauffläche für ein angetriebenes Fahrwerk ausbilden, und mit einer Kranbrücke, die beidseitig an den Fahrwerken aufgehängt ist, sowie mit einer Vorrichtung zur Erfassung eines Schräglaufs der Kranbrücke, die in den Antrieb eines der Fahrwerke zur Behebung des Schräglaufs regelnd eingreift, wobei die Vorrichtung die Schrägstellung der Kranbrücke relativ zum einen Fahrwerk aufnimmt, wozu die Vorrichtung zwischen der Kranbrücke und dem einen Fahrwerk angeordnet ist.

In one aspect, the invention is directed to an overhead crane with one or more bridge rails, that incorporates a reinforcement truss into its one or more bridge rails so as to reduce the overall mass of the one or more bridge rails. This facilitates movement of a load carried by the bridge by an operator to a destination point, particularly in embodiments wherein the one or more bridge rails do not have any bridge drive motors thereon. Reducing the mass of the bridge can increase the amount of lifted load that can comfortably be maneuvered by an operator, particularly when the bridge is manually moved along the runway. Additionally, reducing the mass of the bridge reduces the momentum associated with the bridge, which can increase the amount of control that the operator has when it is desired to stop the bridge when the load has been maneuvered to its desired destination point. The second reinforcement members may have first and second ends that are inserted into receiving apertures in the first reinforcement member and in a bracket that mounts to the bridge rail respectively. In embodiments wherein the bridge includes two rails and is capable of supporting a load in such a way as to generate a downward force that is offset from the bridge axis, the second reinforcement members may be connected to the first reinforcement member and to brackets in such a way as to prevent the withdrawal of the second reinforcement members from the receiving apertures.

In another aspect according to the present invention, the track assembly has a track changing assembly that includes a track changing section rotatably coupled to a primary track section for selective alignment of the track changing section to any one of a plurality of exit track sections. A method of conveyance along a suspended track includes suspending a main cable between natural or artificial support structures, suspending a track assembly from the main cable, and mounting a conveyance assembly on the suspended track assembly to provide unimpeded translational movement of the conveyance assembly along the track assembly.

Für eine Krananordnung mit einer Absaugeinrichtung wird vorgeschlagen, den Kranarm (KA), an welchem eine Kranlaufkatze (KK) längsverfahrbar abgestützt ist, als Hohlprofil auszubilden und den Innenraum des Hohlprofils zugleich als Absaugkanal (SK) der Absaugeinrichtung zu verwenden. Das Hohlprofil weist hierfür an der Unterseite eine schlitzförmige, durch Lippendichtungen (LD) verschließbare Öffnung auf, durch welche ein Absaugstutzen eines Saugwagens (SW) durchgreifen kann.
