摘要: 涉及一种提高耐水性能的矿物棉专用无甲醛定型剂,按100%固含量计算,包括以下重量配比的组分:可水溶性树脂预聚物:100份;多元醇:10~70份;催化剂:2~15份。其中,可水溶性树脂预聚物由单体原料通过共聚反应制得,单体原料按物质的量计包括如下组分:烯键式不饱和羧酸单体:90.0~99.0%;烯键式不饱和羟基功能单体:0.5~5.0%;疏水性烯键式不饱和单体:0.5~5.0%。提供的定型剂无游离甲醛释放,达到绿色环保无VOC和无甲醛的标准要求,具有良好的稳定性,可长期稳定储存,方便工业使用,同时所生产的矿棉板硬度优于传统的丙烯酸均聚物产品,具有良好的耐水耐老化性能和施工性能。

摘要: The present invention relates to production method of a low-density thermal insulation board (1) which has mineral-based core and surfaces of which are coated with a gauze or net-like coating material (3, 4), and thermal insulation boards (1) which are produced by this method. It is possible by means of the inventive method to produce thermal insulation boards (1) such as an A1 class non-combustible thermal insulation board or an A1 class non-combustible insulated roof board without the need for using high-cost coating technique which is frequently used in the prior art, by shaping the expanded perlite between the lower coating material (3) or the upper coating material (4) on a belt conveyor (C) via organic binders continuously in an economic way.

The invention also relates to a composition comprising Portland cement, calcined clay, and optionally aggregate to be used in a method for the refurbishment of porous construction materials.

摘要: 一种含水原状盾构渣土免烧建筑材料及其制备方法。该制备方法,免烧建筑材料由以下重量份数的原料组成:含水原状盾构渣土1-80份、活性废渣1-30份、氢氧化钠0.1-5份、硅酸钠0.1-10份和水1-31.5份,包括步骤:称取活性废渣、硅酸钠、含水原状盾构渣土和水,混合、破碎至含水原状盾构渣土中4.75mm或5mm以上的颗粒的含量不超过10%,得到混合物Ⅰ;向混合物Ⅰ中加入氢氧化钠,得到混合物Ⅱ;将混合物Ⅱ浇筑入模,得含水原状盾构渣土免烧建筑材料。该方法省去了中间的脱水和筛分工艺与环节,极大的降低了生产成本。还包括上述方法制备得到的含水原状盾构渣土免烧建筑材料。

摘要: The present invention relates to a free-flowing powder composition comprising at least one substrate, said substrate having pores and an external surface between said pores, wherein said external surface is functionalized with at least one accelerator for a hydraulic setting composition, said accelerator being liquid, or hygroscopic or deliquescent, and wherein after 15 minutes of immersion of said free-flowing powder composition in water at 20°C at least 80% in weight of said accelerator is solubilized, provided that said free-flowing powder composition is immersed in an amount of water sufficient so that the saturation concentration of said accelerator cannot be reached. The invention also relates to a method for preparing said free-flowing powder composition. The invention is further directed to the use of said free-flowing powder composition as an additive for mortar or concrete composition so as to provide an accelerating effect, an anti-ageing effect and an anti-dusting effect. The invention additionally concerns a dry mortar or concrete composition comprising a hydraulic binder, said free-flowing powder composition and a granulate, wet mortar or concrete composition and hardened body obtained therefrom.
