Abstract: 本发明涉及一种打印板材,尤其是一种具有3D效果的打印板材。属于板材制造技术领域。一种具有3D效果的打印板材,所述板材包括基材层、沉积在所述基材层上的色彩层以及覆盖在所述色彩层上的UV防护层;所述基材层包括芯层和与所述芯层复合在一起的背景膜层;所述背景膜层上还压印有木纹、花纹或者图案的纹理。本发明颠覆性地提出了先刻纹再打印的操作,先通过贴合法在PE基的芯材上贴上背景膜层,然后进行刻纹,接着进行打印,最后进行涂刷UV防护层,使得本发明相对于现有技术极大地简化了生产工艺,从而极大地提高了生产效率;由本发明方法制得的产品具有3D视觉效果好的优点。

Abstract: A wood or engineered wood structural panel, such as, but not limited to, OSB ( "oriented strand board ") or plywood, that is both fire-resistant and water resistant. The panel is factory-coated with a product that provides fire resistance. The treatment gives it a Fire-Resistant (FR) performance (for use in a one- or two-hour rated assembly). The panel also is overlaid or coated in a factory setting with a weather/water resistive barrier (WRB). The structural panel thus combines a fire-resistant structural sheathing and WRB product in one integrated panel produced at a factory prior for installation at a job site.

Abstract: Building materials such as structural panels, beams, roof decking, and flooring panels, are packaged within a protective layer including a sublayer of a polymeric material that can be applied at the factory. The protective layer protects the underlying building materials from exposure to weather and potential damage due to handling during shipping, at a job site, and which can be left in place during construction, thus eliminating the need for temporary protective measures covering the building materials. The protective layer may have additional properties such as breathability, fire resistance, and sound absorption. The protective layer also may provide an underlayment such as for flooring and roofing.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for applying textile to a plane metal substrate, the method comprising the steps of: providing a coiled plane metal substrate; unwinding the coiled plane metal substrate; applying a further adhesive layer onto a top surface of the plane metal substrate; and laminating a layered laminate comprising a carrier film, an intermediate adhesive layer, and a textile top layer onto the top surface of the plane metal substrate, the carrier film contacting the further adhesive, thereby forming a laminated assembly. The invention further relates to a laminated assembly obtainable by the method.

Abstract: Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine flammhemmende Thermoplast-Zusammensetzung, enthaltend ein thermoplastisches Polymer mit einer Glasübergangstemperatur kleiner oder gleich o °C und einer Schmelze-Massefließrate im Bereich von 0,5 bis 60 g/10 min, einen anorganischen Füllstoff, ein Metallhydroxid-Flammschutzmittel, eine Bor-haltige Verbindung und gegebenenfalls ein Additiv. Abstract: An engineered wood based siding, cladding or panel with a pre-consolidated fines layer (PCF) applied to the top of the main strand matrix layers to minimize telegraphing and provide an improved surface appearance. The PCF is consolidated prior to application to the surface of the strand matrix or mat, and takes the place of a loose fines layer. The PCF prevents the loss of fines into the strand matrix, effectively keeping the fines at the surface so they can effectively and efficiently function to prevent or eliminate strand telegraphing, and provide a smooth finished surface for the product.
