A mixture for a natural fuel package is provided, having essentially a mass of combustible wood particles and particles of organs of a plant in the Cinnamomum genus as constituents which are bonded by compression, whereby upon ignition the said particles undergo decomposition to liberate the moisture, releasing an aromatic cinnamon fragrance and flavor which can be inhaled by persons present at the time of burning and tasted or consumed through the food cooked on such fuel resulting in medicinal and therapeutic effects.

본 발명은 수분함량이 5 ~ 70%이고 발열량이 1,000 ~ 5,000kcal/kg인 석탄; 및 셀룰로오스 에테르;를 포함하는 성형탄 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 성형탄에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상기한 범위 한도 내에서 높은 수분함량 및 낮은 발열량을 갖는 석탄원료를 사용하더라도 소수성, 발열량 및 압축강도가 우수한 성형탄을 제공할 수 있다.

The invention relates to a process for the production of an agglomerated coal product from a coal fines feedstock, the process comprising a step of mixing the feedstock with a binder comprising sodium silicate and a surfactant and optionally PVA and/or a waterproofing agent in a mechanical mixer to produce the agglomerated coal product and an agglomerated coal product produced by the process of the invention. The process may further comprise a step of drying or curing the agglomerated coal product.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Brennstoffelement in Form eines Presslings mit Gehalt an Pflanzenmaterial und einem Zündelement (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Brennstoffelement eine Glutschicht (1) aus langsam abbrennendem gluterzeugenden Brennstoff der als Hauptbestandteil gepresstes verkohltes Pflanzenmaterial enthält, eine Anbrennschicht (2) aus leicht brennbarem Brennstoff der ein Pressling ist, der als Hauptbestandteil ein Granulat oder Späne aus Pflanzenmaterial wie Kokosnussschale, Kokosnussfaser, Holzspäne, Bambusspäne, Stroh, Erdnussschale, Zuckerrohr und gegebenenfalls Bindemittel enthält, und ein Zündelement (3) als leicht brennbares Gemisch aus Wachs oder wachsähnlichem Stoff wie Bienenwachs, pflanzlichem Wachs, synthetischen Wachs, Stearin und welches Fasern oder Spänen wie Kokosnussfasern, Holzspäne, Bambusspäne, Baumwollfasern als Bestandteil aufweist.

Process for treating coal by feeding a first batch of raw coal to a first dryer to remove moisture contained in the raw coal to produce demoisturized coal; feeding the demoisturized coal to a devolatilizer to remove volatile material from the demoisturized coal to produce devolatilized coal; feeding a first portion of the devolatilized coal to a combustor to provide heat for the process; feeding a second portion of the devolatilized coal to a coater; feeding a second batch of raw coal to a slave dryer to produce a second batch of demoisturized coal; feeding the second batch of demoisturized coal to the coater where the second portion of devolatilized coal and the second batch of demoisturized coal are coated with volatile material produced in the devolatilizer, to produce a stabilized coal product; and collecting the stabilized coal product.

In embodiments, the pellets are highly combustible and comprise woody materials in addition to the sorghum materials.

Provided are an apparatus and method for drying coking coal. The apparatus for drying coking coal includes: a flow layer dryer through which coal passes and is dried by hot air ejected through a distributor installed therein; a coal supply part connected to the flow layer dryer so as to feed the coal to the distributor; and a hot-air supply part connected to the flow layer dryer so as to supply hot air to the distributor. Here, at least two or more flow layer dryers may be provided and connected in series so as to allow the coal to sequentially pass through the flow layer dryers, thereby drying the coal.

석탄의 건조 효율을 높일 수 있고, 석탄 건조 과정에서 발생되는 미분의 분급 효율을 높일 수 있도록, 내부에 설치된 분산판을 통해 분출하는 열풍에 의해 석탄을 유동화하여 건조하는 유동층 건조기와, 상기 유동층 건조기에 연결되어 분산판 위로 석탄을 투입하기 위한 석탄공급부, 상기 유동층 건조기에 연결되어 상기 분산판으로 열풍을 공급하기 위한 열풍공급부를 포함하고, 상기 유동층 건조기가 적어도 2개 이상 구비되고 각각 순차적으로 연결되어, 석탄이 각 유동층 건조기를 차례로 거치며 건조되는 구조의 코크스용 석탄 건조 장치를 제공한다.

A process for treating input coal includes treating input coal in a pyrolysis step to form coal char. The pyrolysis step includes heating the coal substantially in the absence of oxygen to remove volatile material from the coal. The volatile material evolved from the coal in the pyrolysis step is treated to separate the volatile material into gases and liquids, wherein the liquids contain condensed volatile material. A portion of the liquids is directed to the coal char, and the returned portion of the liquids is mixed with the coal char, thereby returning some of the volatile material to the coal char.
