    Abstract: A method performed by a BS includes receiving, from a WTRU in a first frequency band, CSI, location, and mobility information, determining beam prediction information for communication in a second frequency band with the WTRU based on the received information, determining beam pair prediction information to establish a communication in a second frequency band, wherein the second frequency band is a higher frequency than the first, transmitting in the first frequency band configuration information relating to the beam pair prediction information for communication in the second frequency band, wherein the configuration information comprises a codeword index and time slot for each beam pair, transmitting, in the second frequency band, at least one SSB, according to the beam pair prediction information, receiving feedback from the WTRU, and performing either transmitting an acknowledge to the WTRU or updating the beam pair prediction.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first device may transmit, from a first antenna of a first antenna array of the first device to a second antenna of a second antenna array of a second device, a first set of reference signals. The first device may transmit, from a first plurality of antennas of the first antenna array to a second plurality of antennas of the second antenna array, a second plurality of reference signals. The first device may receive, from the second device, an indication based at least in part on a linear offset and one or more rotational offsets estimated by the second device associated with the first set of reference signals and the second plurality of reference signals. The first device may communicate with the second device using the first antenna array based on the indication.

    Abstract: Wireless communication techniques for utilizing beam-specific RSSI and CO in NR-U wireless communication are discussed. A UE may receive from a base station a first set of one or more RSSI measurement configuration parameters associated with a first reception beam as well as a second set of one or more RSSI measurement configuration parameters associated with a second reception beam. The second reception beam may be different than the first reception beam. The UE may transmit a report including at least one of a first indication of one or more RSSI measurements performed using the first reception beam based, at least in part, on the first set of one or more RSSI measurement configuration parameters or a second indication of one or more other RSSI measurements performed using the second reception beam based, at least in part, on the second set of one or more RSSI measurement configuration parameters.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, and systems for control of antenna steering of a wireless device, are disclosed. One method includes selecting beamforming direction settings of a multiple antenna array of a radio, retrieving spatial relationships between each of different beamforming directions, receiving, by the radio, a wireless signal from a base station and measuring signal metrics of the wireless signal, sensing motion of the wireless device, identifying a wireless connection direction for establishing a wireless connection with the base station based on the signal metrics, the plurality of beamforming direction settings used while receiving the wireless signal, and an orientation of the wireless device determined based on the sensed motion of the wireless device, and selecting a one of the plurality of beamforming direction settings for communicating with the base station based on the wireless connection direction, a beamforming setting that corresponds with the wireless connection.
