Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives, from a serving cell, an uplink positioning reference signal (UL-PRS) resource configuration, the UL-PRS resource configuration comprising a plurality of N resource elements (REs) staggered in frequency across a plurality of M consecutive symbols of a resource block (RB) such that the plurality of N REs spans a plurality of N consecutive subcarriers of the RB, receives, from the serving cell, an indication of a PRS symbol cancelation group to be used for uplink cancelation, the PRS symbol cancelation group identifying a set of the plurality of M consecutive symbols that is expected to be canceled for uplink transmission, and cancels transmission of UL-PRS on one or more of the set of L symbols identified by the PRS symbol cancelation group.

Abstract: The apparatus of the wireless communication may include a first wireless device configured to transmit sidelink control information (SCI) reserving periodic resources for an initial transmission and aperiodic resources for one or more retransmissions over a sidelink, transmit the initial transmission using the periodic resources, and transmit the one or more retransmissions using the aperiodic resources. The apparatus of wireless communication may also include a second wireless device may be configured to receive the SCI indicating the set of resources for the sidelink transmission from the first wireless device, determine a first resource in the set of resources is periodically reserved, and determine one or more remaining resources in the set of resources is aperiodically reserved.

Abstract: The application relates to a resource scheduling system (100) for a wireless communication network (102). The system comprises a first communication device (104a) and a second communication device (104b). The first and second communication devices (104a, 104b) belong to a group of plurality of communication devices (104, 104a, 104b) of the network. Each communication device (104, 104a, 104b) in the group of plurality of the communication devices is configured to provide a bi-directional radio communication with at least one of the plurality of the communication devices. The first communication device is configured to send a transmission resource configuration to rest (104, 104b) of the plurality of the communication devices. The first communication device is further configured to broadcast separately a transmission resource assignment to the rest of the plurality of the communication devices.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described to reduce interference caused by power leakage. A first user equipment (UE) or a base station may select communication resources for a sidelink communication based on a distance between UEs reserving frequency resources in a same time window. The first UE or the base station may determine a distance parameter between the first UE and one or more other UEs (e.g., including a second UE) reserving frequency resources within the time window. The distance parameter may represent a physical distance between the first and second UEs or a reference signal received power of the second UE as received by the first UE. The first UE or the base station may select communication resources based on whether the distance parameter is below a threshold, and the first UE may communicate the sidelink communication using the selected resources.

Abstract: The disclosure described herein configures a base station and client devices for communication using dynamic spectrum access within a frequency spectrum that includes selecting, from a list of available channels, a set of channels as active channels. The active channels include uplink channels and downlink channels, and the active channels are distributed among a plurality of base station radios of a base station. A different channel is assigned to different base station radios. At least one uplink channel and at least one downlink channel are assigned to a plurality of client devices based on locations the client devices, wherein at least some client devices have active channels in common. The client devices having the active channels in common are also grouped on shared channels and time slots assigned to the client devices in the group, thereby allowing narrowband communication over the channels by the client devices.
