Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a buffer status report associated with a one-to-many sidelink communication. The UE may receive, from the base station, one or more downlink control information (DCI) messages scheduling one or more sidelink communications, associated with one or more spatial transmission directions, for the one-to-many sidelink communication, wherein the one or more DCI messages allocate resources for each of the one or more spatial transmission directions. The UE may transmit, using the resources and in the one or more spatial transmission directions, the one or more sidelink communications for the one-to-many sidelink communication. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first UE may perform a sensing procedure to identify that a first sidelink resource is available. The first UE may transmit the first message via the first sidelink resource to a second UE, the first message indicating a reservation and a resource utilization probability vector for the remaining sidelink resources. Abstract: The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A method and apparatus of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system are provided. A method of operating a UE includes receiving a set of configurations; determining, based on the set of configurations, a number (i) of sidelink synchronization signals and physical sidelink broadcast channel (S-SS/PSBCH) blocks to transmit in a period; and determining, based on the set of configurations, a transmission window for transmitting the S-SS/PSBCH blocks in the period.
