Es ist eine Texturiermaschine mit einer Vielzahl von Bearbeitungsstellen zum Verstrecken und Texturieren einer Vielzahl von Fäden beschrieben. Den Bearbeitungsstellen ist eine Mehrzahl von Aufwickeleinrichtungen zugeordnet, durch welche die Vielzahl der Fäden zu Spulen wickelbar sind. Die Bearbeitungsstellen weisen jeweils mehrere Prozessaggregate auf, die in einem Maschinengestell gehalten sind. Hierbei nehmen die Prozessaggregate einer Gruppe benachbarter Bearbeitungsstellen eine Maschinenbreite ein, die gleich einer Gestellbreite einer der Aufwickeleinrichtungen ist, wobei die Aufwickeleinrichtungen zu mehreren etagenförmig in dem Maschinengestell übereinander gehalten sind und mit den Prozessaggregaten der zugeordneten Bearbeitungsstellen einen Maschinenquerschnitt bilden. Um eine möglichst hohe Dichte der Bearbeitungsstellen in dem Maschinengestell zu erhalten, weisen erfindungsgemäß die etagenförmig übereinander angeordneten Aufwickeleinrichtungen pro Etage jeweils eine frei auskragende Spulspindel auf, der pro Etage mehrere Wickelstellen zugeordnet sind.

A swing seat for a swing includes a seat shell and a reel movable between first and second axial positions relative to the seat shell. The reel is configured to be attached to a line, and when the reel is in the first axial position, rotation of the reel in one direction is prevented. When the reel is in the second axial position, the reel is capable of rotating in both directions. When rotating in the second rotational direction, the reel takes up the line, and when rotating in the first rotational direction, the reel extends the line. A release is used to move the reel from the first axial position to the second axial position.

Bei einem Verfahren zum Steuern der Antriebsgeschwindigkeit eines einen Kanal einer Greifer- oder Projektilwebmaschine beliefernden Fadenliefergeräts werden an eine Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit des Fadenliefergeräts zusätzlich zu Signaldaten eines einzigen Fadensensors und Geschwindigkeitsdaten des Antriebsmotors Daten über eine zukünftige Arbeitsphase der Webmaschine in diesem Kanal von der Hauptsteuereinheit der Webmaschine übertragen, wird dann mit diesen Daten die Fadenmenge für die Arbeitsphase in diesem Kanal berechnet, und wird aus der berechneten Fadenmenge die Antriebsgeschwindigkeit des Antriebsmotors abgeleitet und entsprechend eingestellt.

A device and a method for accurately detecting the presence or absence of yarn on a yarn storage drum (11); the device, comprising the yarn storage drum (11) for temporarily storing the yarn supplied to textile machinery, a detection means (13) for detecting the presence or absence of the yarn on the yarn storage drum, and a stop means (10) for stopping the driving of the yarn storage drum based on the detected information from the detection means (13), wherein the yarn storage drum (11) incorporates a reflective body (12) in the outer peripheral direction and at least the mounting part of the reflective body is transparent, the detection means (13) comprising a light emitting part and a light receiving part is installed at a position facing the reflection surface of the reflective body (12), and the stop means (10) detects by the light receiving part that the light beam outputted from the light emitting part is shielded by the yarn wound on the yarn storage drum and stops the driving of the yarn storage drum.

Methods and apparatus for extending lines for carrying fluids or signals are provided. The lines may be used to deliver fluids, signals and/or power. A wide range of applications include fighting wildfires, fire prevention, providing telecommunications and providing power. The apparatus for deploying a line can include an elongated carried part and a plurality of ground contacting parts that are coupled to and movable relative to the carried part. A plurality of actuators distributed along a length of the carried part are operable to move the ground contacting parts relative to one another and/or move the carried part relative to the ground contacting parts. The actuators are distributed over a length of the carried part. The ground contacting parts may, for example be arranged end to end or arranged in a parallel side-by side relationship.

The present disclosure relates to methods for making elastomeric laminates that may be used as components of absorbent articles. During assembly of the elastomeric laminate, elastic material may be advanced and stretched in a machine direction and joined with either or both first and second substrates advancing in the machine direction. The apparatuses according to the present disclosure may be configured with a plurality of spools, wherein each spool comprises a single elastic strand wound onto a core. The elastic strands are unwound from respective spools by rotating the spools about the cores. Neighboring elastic strands may be spaced or separated from each other at a desired distance in a cross direction by advancing the elastic strands through a strand guide that may comprise a plurality of tines or reeds. The assembled elastomeric laminate may then be accumulated by being wound onto a roll or festooned in a container.

An accessory for a remotely-operated rope-threading tool for threading a rope through a distant eye or around an object out of reach, such as for elevating tarps into trees, or placing fall protection lines, or securing a distant object. The accessory is a bi-directional shuttle and receiver mechanism that enables the rope to be passed repeatedly and indefinitely between the two curved arms that extend out from the body in unison, allowing for multiple eyes or targets to be threaded without the need to retrieve the tool to reset the shuttle. This invention also applies more generally to the transfer of a shuttle between any two converging members. The shuttle's connection means is activated on one end while the shuttle's connection means is deactivated on the other end. At no time are both connections deactivated, allowing the shuttle to become detached from the tool; the shuttle is continually attached to the tool.

Die Anlage (2) dient zum automatisierten Herstellen eines Kabelsatzes (3), welcher eine verzweigte Struktur aus mehreren einzelnen Leitungselementen (22) zeigt. Zur Ausbildung von Kabelsätzen (3) mit individueller verzweigter Struktur werden die Leitungselemente (22) automatisch in eine vorgegebene Verteilstruktur gebracht, wobei hierzu mehrere parallel zueinander orientierte zweite Schiene (50) sowie mehrere auf den zweiten Schienen (50) verteilte zweite Transporter (48) verwendet werden. Die zweiten Transporter (48) werden mit jeweils einem Leitungsende der Leitungselemente (22) bestückt. Zur Ausbildung der Verteilstruktur werden anschließend die zweiten Schienen in einer Vertikalrichtung (14) und die zweiten Transporter (48) entlang der zweiten Schiene (50) verfahren. In dieser aufgespreizte Struktur werden dann weitere Bearbeitungsschritte, wie beispielsweise ein Fixieren der Leitungselemente (22) aneinander vorgenommen.

A tool for threading a rope through a distant eye or around an object out of reach, such as for elevating tarps into trees, or placing fall protection lines, or securing a distant object. The tool has two curved arms that extend out from the body in unison and converge at a point where the end of the rope is passed from one arm to the other. The arms are then retracted back into the body, pulling the rope through the eye or around the object. The arms are extended by pulling one control line and retracted by pulling a second control line. The tool is typically mounted on the end of a pole, although other mountings are possible. The shape of the tool enables ropes to be threaded through a large number of eye configurations and around objects of varying sizes, even if there are obstructions adjacent the eye.
