    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic vehicle braking system comprising a hydraulic brake-pressure transducer, which essentially consists of a brake master cylinder (11) and a hydraulic servo unit (7), connected upstream of said cylinder. The pressure of said transducer can be exerted on the wheel brakes of the vehicle. In order to boost the braking force, the hydraulic pressure transducer can be subjected to the hydraulic pressure of an electronically controllable external pressure source (4, 19, 20), which is connected to the hydraulic servo unit (7) via a conduit (50), in which an analog or analogised valve (5) is situated. The hydraulic pressure transducer is connected via a conduit (12, 12.2) to a hydraulic fluid storage tank (13), which is in turn connected to the electronically controllable external pressure source (4, 19, 20) via a conduit (12.1, 12), in which an additional analog or analogised valve (6) is situated. The brake actuation device is hydraulically-mechanically decoupled from the hydraulic system in normal operation. In addition, the braking system is equipped with a simulator (61) that co-operates with the brake actuation device and a unit that identifies the driver's deceleration intention (60, 64) and the electronically controllable external pressure source (4, 19, 20) can be controlled according to the identified driver's deceleration intention (brake-by-wire system).

The device for detecting a critical brake operation of a two-track vehicle during cornering has a sensing device (403a, b, 408a, b) for detecting the rolling performance of a left-side or right-side wheel (301a-d), a first comparison device (409-412) to compare the rolling performance and/or an evaluation device (404-407) to evaluate the time response of at least one left-side or right-side wheel and a sensing device (413) to detect a critical brake operation on the basis of the output of the comparison device and/or the output of the evaluation device. A changing device (315) can also be provided to reduce the braking pressure of an internal cornering wheel in response to detection.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for improving the control performance of a vehicle control system, e.g. an antiskid braking system (ABS), a driving stability control system (ESP, ASMS, FDR), etc. According to said method, whenever a wheel becomes unstable and the ABS control system becomes operational, the relevant lines (18) of the control system to which the unstable wheel is connected are partially disengaged from the master cylinder pressure (pHZ) or the admission pressure in a braking system, which comprises a master cylinder (1), inlet and outlet valves (5-8) for pressure modulation, a low-pressure storage (9) and a hydraulic pump (10) to feed back the derived hydraulic medium, by closing the hydraulic medium path in the direction leading from the wheel brakes (3, 4) to the master cylinder (1). By feeding back the hydraulic medium from the low-pressure storage (9) a relatively faster buildup of the braking pressure is produced in said line (18) and the wheel braking pressure quickly approximates the master cylinder pressure (pHZ) and thus a blocking pressure level. A special valve (14) which can produce a connection between the master cylinder (1) and the intake side of the hydraulic pump (10) is switched only after the at least partial emptying of the low-pressure storage occurs (9) or when through flow is required.
