摘要: The present invention discloses a polyester, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The polyester includes repeating units derived from the following components: a first component A, based on the total molar weight of the first component A, including: a1) 81-100 mol% of succinic acid, or an ester derivative thereof or an anhydride derivative thereof, and a2) 0-19 mol% of a dicarboxylic acid other than succinic acid, or an ester derivative thereof or an anhydride derivative thereof; a second component B: 1,4-butanediol; and a third component C: a dimer(1,4-butanediol); based on the total molar weight of the first component A, the molar content of the repeating unit -CH2CH2CH2CH2-O- in the third component C is 0.05-3.0 mol%. In the present invention, the molar content of the repeating unit -CH2CH2CH2CH2-O- in dimer(1,4-butanediol) is controlled to 0.05-3.0 mol%, and thus, the resin color of the polyester can be effectively improved.

摘要: The present invention discloses a poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin and a preparation method thereof, wherein the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin is formed by polymerization of a diacid and a diol, the diacid consists of 45mol%-55mol% of terephthalic acid and 45mol%-55mol% of sebacic acid, the diol is 1,4-butanediol, and thermal performance parameters of the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin meet the following relational expression: T crystallization peak width at half height / T melting point − T crystallization temperature = 0.05 to 0.26 ; and a film made of the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin with a thickness of 25±1µm has a static friction coefficient of 0.2-0.3 and a light transmittance of 90% or above, and has balanced light transmittance and static friction coefficient, having a relatively low static friction coefficient whilst maintaining a relatively high light transmittance performance, and the resin can be smoothly processed without adding an antiblocking agent or a compatilizer, so that the obtained poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin has good transparency and processing performance.

摘要: The present invention relates to a semi-aromatic polyether ester, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The semi-aromatic polyether ester includes repeating units derived from the following components: a first component A, based on the total molar amount of the first component A, including: a1) 35-65 mol%, and preferably 40-60 mol% of at least one aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or an ester derivative thereof, or an anhydride derivative thereof, and a2) 35-65 mol%, and preferably 40-60 mol% of at least one aromatic dicarboxylic acid or an ester derivative thereof, or an anhydride derivative thereof; a second component B: 1,4-butanediol; and a third component C: poly(1,4-butanediol) having a molecular formula of HO-(CH2CH2CH2CH2-O)n-H, where n is an integer from 2 to 200; based on the total molar weight of the first component A, the molar content of the repeating unit -CH2CH2CH2CH2-O- in the third component C is 1.5-5.5 mol%.

摘要: The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of a cyclic ester compound having a structure shown as formula (I) is 100ppm-950ppm;
and based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of cyclopentanone is 0.5ppm-85ppm. In the present invention, by adding the cyclic ester compound and cyclopentanone into the composition and controlling the content of the cyclic ester compound and the content of cyclopentanone in a certain range in the composition, an anti-thermal oxidative aging property of the biodegradable polyester composition can be greatly improved. Besides, after being digested with 95% ethanol at 40°C for 240 hours, a film prepared by blow molding or a part prepared by injection molding has little precipitate separating out of the surface and has an excellent surface appearance property. In addition, the lubrication degree of film during the blow molding process of the biodegradable polyester can be improved. When the velocity of film blowing is 176 Kg/h, a range of a film thickness is less than 0.2µm and a relative deviation of the film thickness is less than 1%. 摘要: The present invention discloses a polylactic acid composite and use thereof. The polylactic acid composite includes the following components: (A) 89 to 98 parts by weight of polylactic acid; (B) 1 to 4 parts by weight of talcum powder; and (C) 1 to 7 parts by weight of a plasticizer. In the component (A), the polylactic acid has a polydispersity index P satisfying the following relationship: 1.55≤P≤2.02. In the component (B), the talcum powder has a particle size D (50) satisfying: 1µm≤D (50) ≤2.6µm. In the component (C), the plasticizer has a relative molecular weight M satisfying: 180≤M≤670. Through research, the present invention has unexpectedly discovered that by using the polylactic acid having the polydispersity index P satisfying the relationship 1.55≤P≤2.02 as a matrix, adding a specific range of content of ultrafine talcum powder as a nucleating agent, and selecting the plasticizer of a specific molecular weight as a crystallization promotion agent, the prepared polylactic acid composite has a light transmittance T≥80%, a haze H≤40%, and a heat deflection temperature HDT≥90°C, having significantly improved heat resistance and transparency.

A structure of the polyester resin satisfies a relation as follows: Sδ hydrogen on conjugated carbon chain/Sδ hydrogen on saturated carbon chain 1.2-2.4 = 0.1 to 0.35; wherein said Sδ hydrogen on conjugated carbon chain is a total area of a peak integration of hydrogen on a conjugated carbon chain in a 1H NMR spectra, and said Sδ hydrogen on saturated carbon chain 1.2-2.4 is a total area of a peak integration of hydrogen on a saturated carbon chain and with a chemical shift between 1.2-2.4 ppm in the 1H NMR spectra. When the polyester resin according to the present invention is made into a thin film with a thickness of 25±1 µm, a water vapor transmission thereof is 100-1500 g/m2/d, and it has a relatively good moisture-penetrability.

摘要: The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of tetrahydrofuran is 3ppm-200ppm; and based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of cyclopentanone is 0.5ppm-85ppm. In the present invention, by adding tetrahydrofuran and cyclopentanone into the composition and controlling the content of tetrahydrofuran and the content of cyclopentanone in a certain range in the composition, poor printing of the biodegradable polyester composition during the printing process can be hugely improved, neither the ink stripping off the film material, nor excessive ink adhering to the film material, so that the film shows excellent printing performance. Moreover, a lubrication degree of a film of biodegradable polyester during a blow molding process can be improved. When a velocity of film blowing is 176 Kg/h, a range of a film thickness is less than 0.2µm and a relative deviation of the film thickness is less than 1%. Bubble stability and continuity of film blowing are guaranteed.
