    摘要: 4-Amino-5-oxy-2,6,6-trimethyl-2-cycloheptene compounds represented by general formula (I), pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, or solvates of these wherein R?1 and R2¿ independently represent each hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl or phenyl optionally having hydroxy, lower alkoxy, amino, nitro, carboxy, lower alkoxycarbonyl or halogeno on its ring, or R?1 and R2¿ together with the nitrogen atom may form a nitrogen-containing heterocycle; R3 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or lower aliphatic acyl; and W represents oxo, oxime or oxime ether. The compounds exert effects on a rat peripheral embolism model, a spontaneously hypertensive rat and a histamine-induced airway constriction model, which indicates that they are useful as a remedy for hypertension, peripheral embolism or bronchial asthma.
