    摘要: The invention relates to BB'-type double metal alkoxide (B=B + , B'=B 5+ ; B=B 3+ , B'=B 5+ ; B=B 2+ , B'=B 5+ ) materials to be used for metalorganic chemical vapor deposition of complex perovskite oxide thin films having plural metallic elements included in the B sites of a perovskite structure ABO 3 , wherein the BB'-type double metal alkoxides comprise the following compounds: when B=B+, B'=B5+: BB'(O-X)6 [B = Li, Na, K; B' = Nb, Ta; X = CH3, C2H5, iC3H7, tC4H9], when B=B3+, B=B5+: BB'(O-X)8 [B = Al, Ga; B' = Nb, Ta; X = CH3, C2H5, iC3H7, tC4H9], and when B=B2+, B'=B5+: B[B'(O-X)6]2 [B = Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba; B' = Nb, Ta; X = CH3, C2H5, iC3H7, tC4H9]. The invention further pertains to the preparation and the use of the double metal alkoxides for complex perovskite oxide thin film deposition.

    摘要: A method for ligand-based binding of lipid encapsulated particles to molecular epitopes on a surface in vivo or in vitro comprises sequentially administering (a) a site-specific ligand activated with a biotin activating agent; (b) an avidin activating agent; and (c) lipid encapsulated particles activated with a biotin activating agent, whereby the ligand is conjugated to the particles through an avidin-biotin interaction and the resulting conjugate is bound to the molecular epitopes on such surface. The conjugate is effective for imaging by x-ray, ultrasound, magnetic resonance, positron emission tomography or nuclear imaging. Compositions for use in ultrasonic imaging of nature or synthetic surfaces and for enhancing the acoustic reflectivity thereof are also disclosed.
