S3) Applying the suitable predefined treatment to the material to conform a dissipative layer (3) of viscoelastic material, extending between the first flexible element (1) and the at least second flexible element (2) and secured to both of them, wherein the through-going apertures (6) are at least partially filled by said viscoelastic material.-
