    Abstract: Provided are a measurement system, a measurement method, and a measurement program, which are capable of enabling a user to easily input a measurement result obtained by a different measurement system and preventing an input error. The measurement system, which is configured to obtain its own measurement result through use of a different system's measurement result obtained by a different measurement system, includes: an output data acquisition unit configured to acquire output data obtained by the different measurement system; a designated position acquisition unit configured to acquire a designated position, which has been designated in the output data by a user; a different system's measurement result acquisition unit configured to acquire the different system's measurement result at the designated position, which is included in the output data acquired by the output data acquisition unit; a measurement result acquisition unit configured to acquire the own measurement result through use of the acquired different system's measurement result; and a position data storage unit configured to store position data indicating the designated position. The different system's measurement result acquisition unit is configured to acquire, when the position data is already stored in the position data storage unit in a case where the output data acquisition unit acquires different output data obtained by the different measurement system, the different system's measurement result included at the designated position indicated by the position data.

    Abstract: An image processing apparatus according to the present invention includes: a color and polarization obtaining section 101 including a single-chip color image capture element with a color mosaic filter and a patterned polarizer in which a number of polarizer units, of which the polarization transmission planes define mutually different angles, are arranged adjacent to each other within each single color pixel; a color information processing section 102 for getting average color intensity information by averaging the intensities of the light rays that have been transmitted through the polarizer units within each said single color pixel; and a polarization information processing section 103 for approximating, as a sinusoidal function, a relation between the intensity of light rays that have been transmitted through the polarizer units within each said single color pixel and the angles of the polarization transmission planes of the polarizer units.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a technique for improving a response characteristic of a phase difference control device that can be used in a circular dichroism (CD) dispersion meter. The phase difference control device is provided with a splitting polarizer 14 which splits light from a light source 12 into linearly polarized measuring light and linearly polarized reference light, a photoelastic modulator (PEM) 16 which imparts a phase difference to the measuring light and the reference light to correspond to spectral measurement, a PEM driver 18 which supplies a modulation voltage to the PEM 16, a PEM control circuit 24 into which the reference light is input as a feedback signal, and which outputs a modulation control quantity signal to the PEM driver 18, and a CPU circuit 26 which monitors the wavelength of light from the splitting polarizer 14 and into which a change in wavelength is input as a wavelength signal, wherein the CPU circuit 26 converts the wavelength signal into a feed-forward signal, and the feed-forward signal is input into the PEM control circuit 24, and the PEM control circuit 24 performs arithmetic processing using the feedback signal and the feed-forward signal, and outputs the modulation control quantity signal to the PEM driver 18.
