Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Hochtemperatur-Schmierstoff für die Heißverarbeitung von Metallen, bestehend aus einem Gemisch von feinpulverigen Materialien. Um einen Hochtemperatur-Schmierstoff mit gutem Riesel- und Fließverhalten zur Zunderauflösung auf erhitzten Metalloberflächen bereitzustellen, der in Pulverform aufgebracht eine gute Belegung der Metalloberfläche erlaubt und auch nach längerer Lagerung unter Produktionsbedingungen noch gute Riesel- und Fließeigenschaften ohne starke Verklumpung aufweist und der die Verwendung von Graphit vermeidet, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass das Gemisch wenigstens die folgenden Bestandteile enthält: (a) 0,5 bis 10 Gew.- % Hydroxylapatit [Ca 5 (PO 4 ) 3 OH], Tricalciumphosphat [Ca 3 (PO 4 ) 2 ] oder ein Gemisch davon, (b) 0,1 bis 15 Gew.-% einer Fettsäure oder eines Fettsäuresalzes, (c) 5 bis 30 Gew.-% Borsäure, Borsäuresalz (Borat) und/oder ein Borsäuresalz (Borat) enthaltendes Mineral, (d) 60 bis 85 Gew.-% Polyphosphate und/oder Pyrophosphate und/oder Metaphosphate von Natrium oder Kalium,
und die Bestandteile des Gemischs eine mittlere Korngröße von ≤ 150 µm aufweisen und der Schmierstoff keinen Zusatz von Graphit enthält.

The invention relates to a high-temperature lubricant for use in the hot-forming of high-grade steels and carbon steels, said lubricant containing graphite, organic aerating agents and inorganic parting agents. The invention also relates to the use of such a lubricant. The aim of the invention is to provide a high-temperature lubricant that can be used for a wide range of steel qualities for various wall thicknesses and extensions to be obtained by rolling and that is temperature-stable, allows uniform rolling results with varying wall thicknesses and/or steel qualities and does not lead to the undesired carburization of the rolling stock. For this purpose, the high-temperature lubricant according to the invention comprises at least the following components in weight percent, based on the solids content: (a) 40 to 90% by weight of graphite, (b) 2 to 50% by weight of organic aerating agents, (c) 5 to 50% by weight of inorganic parting agents, the organic aerating agent (b) being selected from the group consisting of melamine, melam, melem, melon, phosphate salts and polyphosphate salts of the aforementioned compounds having phosphate chain lengths in the range of n = 1 to 1000, reaction products and addition products of the aforementioned compounds with cyanuric acid or isocyanuric acid and mixtures thereof, and the inorganic parting agent (c) being a layered silicate or a mixture of layered silicates.

The invention relates to a method for laser-beam welding a first material in the form of a thermoplastic polymer material with a second material, which is transparent for a used laser light, wherein the inventive laser-beam welding method consists in orienting the laser beam towards the first material (A) to a welding point through the second material and in softening at least the first material at the welding point by means of the laser light. The aim of said invention is to remove disadvantages of known additives used for the laser-beam welding and to deliver novel additives, which are differently usable for different wavelengths of the laser light, are not toxic, provided with a neutral and stable colour, are heat-resistant, inexpensive, compatible with plastic material and low-affecting the physical properties thereof. For this purpose, said first material comprises from 0.001 to 20 % by weight one or several types of metal phosphate and/or metal phosphite.
