Abstract: The present invention relates to a drug delivery system with a micelle structure comprising a PEG 2000 -DSPE polymerized lipid and an APT EDB -PEG 2000 -DSPE polymer, and a preparation method thereof. The drug delivery system targets extra-domain B of fibronectin (EDB-FN), which is overexpressed in a brain tumor, and can pass through the blood-brain barrier (BBB) or the blood-brain tumor barrier (BBTB) to deliver a drug specifically to the brain tumor cells. In addition, the present invention can provide a pharmaceutical composition for diagnosing or treating a brain tumor, comprising the drug-loaded drug delivery system as an active ingredient. The composition can be accumulated inside the brain tumor and incorporated into the tumor cells to specifically inhibit tumor growth, and thus can be efficiently utilized for diagnosing or treating a brain tumor.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a method and apparatus for multicolor unmixing through iterative mutual information minimization in a simultaneous channel update structure. In this disclosure, a plurality of images may be obtained with respect to a plurality of fluorophores labeled on different biomolecules, respectively. Images of the fluorophores may be unmixed from the obtained images, respectively, while simultaneously minimizing mutual information shared between the obtained images based on all permutation combinations of the obtained images. According to the present disclosure, signals having three or more fluorophores whose emission spectra are overlapped in one spectral range can be more accurately unmixed.

Therefore, the present invention is effective at preparing a recombinant strain for efficient production of a variety of industrially and medically useful metabolites and at establishing an efficient preparation method.

According to the present invention, the passenger capacity of the bus is increased, but the manufacturing cost is lowered and smooth maintenance is possible, and the safety is guaranteed in case of a sudden failure or error of the system, and the passenger capacity is flexible as needed. It provides a bus system that enables change, and also minimizes the width of the road occupied when the vehicle turns (turning width) and enables smooth driving on the slope, so that there is no loss of performance of the vehicle compared to the conventional general bus and that does not require additional training or attention of the driver due to such problems in driving.
