    摘要： La structure roulante (SR) de manutention et de pose de panneaux ou plaques est agencée avec deux sous-ensembles (S1) et (S2) liés et articulés l'un par rapport à l'autre, avec une capacité de transformation pour être manutentionnée par un opérateur sur trois roues dans un même plan pour des opérations de roulement au sol, sur deux roues principales pour assurer son transport à la manière d'un diable, poussette, bagage à roulettes, ou à partir de deux roues secondaires pour assurer lors de la pose à la verticale de panneaux ou plaques un ajustement en position transversale. Le premier sous-ensemble (S1) est agencé pour recevoir des roues principales et des roues secondaires et le second sous ensemble (S2) pour recevoir le mât (7) récepteur de l'ensemble colonnes télescopiques et cadre support des plaques ou panneaux à poser. Les deux premier et second sous-ensembles (S1) et (S2) sont solidarisés par un module d'assemblage (12) à partir duquel est disposé un bras (15) incluant une roulette (17). Les deux sous ensembles (S1) et (S2) permettent d'assurer selon leur position angulaire relative les différentes fonctions de pose de panneaux et plaques à la verticale et à l'horizontale, et en ce que le mât est mobile verticalement par rapport aux dites roues principales, en arrière de celles en situation de roulement au sol, et en avant des dites roues principales lors de la pose des panneaux ou plaques verticalement par action de relevage sur ce premier sous-ensemble.

    摘要： A wheeled tail platform (2) comprises a platform (21), a pair of connecting rods (22), a wheel assembly (23), and a pair of grab-handle armrests (141). The platform (21) has an indent (211) formed on its downside for positioning on a cross bar or a rear axle (120) of the stroller frame (10). The wheel assembly (23) is pivotally connected to the platform (21) for supporting the platform at rear end. The connecting rods (22) each has one end (221) pivoted to a pair of rear wheel struts (12) of the stroller frame respectively, and another end (225) pivoted with a front end of the platform, so as to allow the platform to pivot and collapse upward and close to the rear wheel struts. The pair of grab-handle armrests (141) is connected to a pair of handle bars (14) of the stroller respectively for grabbing by the occupant's hand during standing on for traveling around. Through the connecting and arrangement as being depicted, the wheeled tail platform (2) of the present invention is useable for making funs safely and collapsible with the stroller frame (10) conveniently.
