    摘要： A vacuum gate valve device for opening and closing a vacuum path includes a valve casing (60) with a valve body (30,40) provided in the valve casing, the valve body being allowed to reciprocate between two positions to close and open the vacuum path. A bonnet flange (9) closes the casing and a driving means (10) is provided on the bonnet flange for reciprocally driving the valve body. The driving means (10) has a stem shaft (3) which is loosely inserted into a through hole (11) of the bonnet flange and is coupled with the valve body. A member (4) isolates a sliding portion of the driving means from the vacuum path.

    摘要： A separable valve assembly comprises a valve mount 6 and a valve body 7, which can be readily put together in use and separated for replacement of either of the two. The valve mount 6 has a cavity with two inclined wall planes and an arcuate bottom surface in conformity with the shape of the valve body so that the valve body 7 can be tightly wedged therein and secured in place by a number of bolts 81 and nuts 8 with a sealing element 72 disposed between the contact surfaces for leakage-preventing purpose, and a valve body lifting bolt 61 is disposed at the bottom of the mount 6 for facilitating separation of the valve body 6 from the assembly.

    摘要： A wedge-shaped gate valve is provided which, while reducing an unwanted thickened portion to improve light weight and castability, ensures strength to include a valve box with high stiffness, prevents deformation of the valve seat surface of the valve box at the time of valve closing, and ensures surface-pressure sealability with the valve disk to reliably prevent leakage. A branching part 12 is formed to be open in a direction orthogonal to an inner flow path 10 of a valve box 2 having a coupling part 11 on each of both sides, and a valve disk 4 ascends and descends from this branching part 12 via a valve stem 3 to open and close an annular valve seat surface 21 in the valve box 2. At a boundary between the coupling part 11 and the branching part 12, a reinforcing thickened part 20 having a substantially cylindrical shape or a substantially cone shape or substantially truncated cone shape with a diameter gradually reducing from this branching part 12 toward the coupling part 11 side is provided, and this thickened part 20 is formed by taking, as an outer shape, a cylinder, a cone, or a truncated cone with an axis P2 which is eccentric from a center line P1 of the flow path to the branching part 12 side and is parallel to or crossing the center line P1 of the flow path taken as a rotation axis.
