    摘要: A method of processing a plant which comprises: the step of placing a moisture-containing plant piece within a pressurizing device and then airtightly sealing the inside of the pressurizing device; the step of heating and pressurizing the plant piece; and the step of, after the plant piece attains a definite shaping temperature, allowing airflow between the inside of the pressurizing device and the outside thereof, keeping the pressure and temperature for a definite period of time followed by cooling, and then taking out the shaped plant piece from the pressurizing device. Thus, it becomes possible to provide a method of processing a plant whereby a plant piece can be shaped into an arbitrary form without resorting to powdering or using an adhesive.
