A humidifier apparatus using a photocatalyst having an air-cleaning function according to the present invention comprises: a housing, the lower portion of which is accommodated in a water tank for storing water therein, and which has an inlet hole for the intake of external air; an absorption bar, which is arranged within the housing and the lower portion of which is submerged in said water and has a plurality of adsorption pores acting in combination to absorb water; a humidifying filter, which is arranged so as to cover the upper portion of the absorption bar, which has a plurality of humidifying pores which combine to form a comb shape, and which is fixed at the inner surface of the housing; an adsorption filter, which is arranged on the humidifying filter and which has a plurality of adsorption pores which combine to form a comb shape to adsorb dirt introduced into the housing; a photocatalyst cleaning unit formed on the adsorption filter so as to remove the dirt adsorbed in the adsorption filter; and a discharge unit arranged above the photocatalyst cleaning unit so as to absorb the moisture supplied from the humidifying filter and air from the housing, and discharge the absorbed moisture and air to the outside of the housing.
