The invention relates to an arrangement and to a method for the automatic sampling in a storage tank system (1) interconnected to a pipe system (4) for supplying cleaning fluids, particularly in processing systems subject to high microbiological quality requirements in the food and beverage industries, particularly in breweries, comprising a storage tank system (1) having a plurality of tanks and a sampling device (5) that is associated with all tanks in a fixed pipe connection. The invention ensures that the entire sampling system, including all valves integrated therein, can be cleaned and sterilized at the discharge independent of the content of the tanks. Furthermore, the sampling is to be carried out without experiencing any loss of the fluid to be sampled. This is procedurally achieved in that a volume flow Q(P) of the fluid (P) to be sampled is diverted from a selected tank (1.i), wherein this volume flow Q(P) is fed to the sampling device (5), and returned from the same back into the selected tank (1.i), and wherein a quality control of the fluid (P) to be sampled is carried out at the discharge during circulation of the volume flow Q(P), and/or a sample amount (PR) of the fluid (P) is diverted from the volume flow Q(P).

A sampling method for validating homogeneity of flowable goods in a container having an outlet, comprises the steps of sampling a flowable good being arranged inside the container and analyzing the sampling of the flowable good. Therein, the step of sampling the flowable good is performed in the outlet of the container while the flowable good is discharged out of the container via the outlet. Since essentially all flowable good being charged to the container has to pass the outlet while the flowable good is discharged out of the container, the sampling method according to the invention allows to assess the homogeneity of all of the flowable good by sampling only at one single location. Additionally, the flowable good does not have to rest inside the container while its homogeneity is assessed such that a production process does not have to be interrupted because of said assessment of the homogeneity. Further, the flowable good can easily be accessible at said location without having to open the container and without requiring detailed sampling knowledge.

The moving means moving the stirring element is preferably a magnet and the stirring element is magnetic.
