    摘要: The present application provides a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical apparatus, and belongs to the technical field of batteries. The battery cell comprises a housing, a pressure relief mechanism and a protective part. The housing is provided with a stepped hole communicated with the interior of the housing, the stepped hole comprises a first hole section and a second hole section which are arranged in a first direction, and the first hole section is located on the side of the second hole section facing away from the inside of the housing. The pressure relief mechanism and the protective part are respectively arranged in the second hole section and the first hole section, and the protective part covers at least a portion of the pressure relief mechanism. A battery cell with such a structure reduces the phenomenon of the protective part protruding out from the outer surface of the housing, which, on the one hand, protects the protective part, reducing the risks of friction or breakage of the protective part during the utilization process, helping the protective part protect the pressure relief mechanism and thus improving the service life and utilizational stability of the battery cell, and, on the other hand, reduces the amount by which the protective part increases the volume of the battery cell, thus reducing the amount of space occupied by the battery cell.
