a) Aufschmelzen des teilkristallinen Thermoplasten in einem Extruder unter einem Druck von mindestens 300 - 10 000 bar, vorzugsweise 400 - 2000 bar, auf eine Massetemperatur, die mindestens 20, vorzugsweise mindestens 30 Grad höher liegt als die Schmelztemperatur des Thermoplasten, danach b) Einbringen der Kunststoffschmelze in eine Orientierungszone, in der sich der Querschnitt des Massestromes kontinuierlich verjüngt, wobei der Winkel zwischen der Extruderlängsachse und der Querschnittsverjüngung kleiner als 45°, vorzugsweise kleiner als 30° ist, danach c) Abkühlen der Kunststoffschmelze unter Beibehaltung des hohen Drucks von 300 - 10 000, vorzugsweise 400 - 2 000 bar in einer ersten Abkühlzone A₁ in Stufen oder kontinuierlich auf eine Temperatur unterhalb des Kristallitschmelzpunkts aber oberhalb des Vicaterweichungspunkts des eingesetzten teilkristallinen Kunststoffs, unter endgültiger Formgebung danach d) Abkühlen der Kunststoffmasse in einer zweiten Abkühlzone A₂ ohne weitere Verformung auf eine Temperatur unterhalb des Vicaterweichungspunktes des eingesetzten Kunststoffs, danach e) Aufbringen einer Abzugskraft auf das aus der Extruderdüse austretende Extrudat, die ausreicht, die zwischen der ersten und zweiten Abkühlzone sowie innerhalb der zweiten Abkühlzone A₂ auftretende Reibung zu überwinden, ohne daß der im Extruder herrschende Innendruck von 300 - 10 000, vorzugsweise 400 bis 2000 bar, unterschritten wird, und ohne daß die Form des Extrudats dabei verändert wird.

More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of preparing a graft copolymer, the method including a process of adding an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer to a conjugated diene rubber latex that is enlarged with a polymer particle diameter control agent that has a specific glass transition temperature and an average particle diameter in a specific ratio to an average particle diameter of a conjugated diene rubber latex, and graft-polymerizing the same; and a method of preparing a thermoplastic resin composition including the prepared graft copolymer. In accordance with the present disclosure, the graft copolymer prepared using the conjugated diene rubber latex enlarged with the polymer particle diameter control agent exhibits the synergistic effect of improving both impact strength and fluidity.

The preform (1) is formed in a bottomed tubular shape including a mouth (4), a trunk (3), and a bottom (2) by extrusion blow molding. The preform (1) includes bottom parting lines (2aˆ¼2d), which are formed in the bottom (2) due to the extrusion blow molding, and the bottom parting lines (2aˆ¼2d) are configured to extend to the outer side from the axis of the bottom (2) to divide the bottom (2) into at least three parts in the circumferential direction. Also provided is a container (11) that is formed by biaxially stretch blow molding the preform (1) by using the liquid as the pressurizing medium.
