A method and apparatus for pretreatment of slider layer for extruded handrails has a slider layer source, a means of conveying the slider layer to a heating module which subjects the slider layer to an elevated temperature for a residence time, and a means of conveying the slider layer to an extrusion die head. One or more control feeders may be implemented for maintaining portions of the slider layer in a substantially tension-free loop as the slider layer is conveyed from the slider layer source to the extrusion die head. A cooling zone may be included to ensure adequate cooling between the heating module and the extrusion die head. Means for reducing heat transfer between the extrusion die head and the slider layer is also provided.

[Problems] To correct the direction in which a molten resin is extruded and to automatically correct the bending of the molten resin even when the facility is in operation. [Means for Solution] An apparatus 31 for correcting the bending of the molten resin comprises a temperature-adjusting device 32 arranged surrounding an extrusion passage 12 for extruding the molten resin 8 of an extrusion die head 7 along the direction of extruding the molten resin 8, a measuring means 33 for measuring the horizontal position of the molten resin 8 extruded from an extrusion opening 20 of the extrusion passage 12, and a control means 34 for controlling the temperature-adjusting device 32 based on the results measured by the measuring means 33.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Beschichtung einer Rohrleitung (1), bei dem ein Beschichtungsmaterial (6) aus einem extrudierten thermoplastischen Kunststoff mit einem zellularen Aufbau auf die Rohrleitung (1) aufgebracht und außenseitig von einer äußeren Deckschicht (8) aus einem kompakten Kunststoff eingeschlossen wird. Hierzu ist in einem Spritzkopf (2) der Ringspalt (3) für die Zuführung des Beschichtungsmaterials (6) durch zumindest einen Bereich (9) mit Kühlmittelkanälen (10), die durch eine ringförmige Wärmetauscherfläche (11) von dem Ringspalt (4) getrennt sind, auf eine gewünschte Temperatur einstellbar. Auf diese Weise wird das fließfähige Beschichtungsmaterial (6) vor dem Aufbringen auf die Rohrleitung (1) zunächst entlang der Wärmeaustauscherfläche (11) geführt und auf eine Temperatur kurz oberhalb seiner Erstarrungstemperatur abgekühlt. Nach dem Austreten des Beschichtungsmaterials (6) aus dem Ringspalt (4) expandiert das Beschichtungsmaterial (6) kontrolliert, sodass die äußere Deckschicht (8) in Abhängigkeit der eingestellten Temperatur des Beschichtungsmaterials (6) geweitet wird, bis die Erstarrung des Beschichtungsmaterials (6) einsetzt. Dabei kann die Oberflächenbeschaffenheit der äußeren Deckschicht (8) der Form der Rohrleitung (1) entsprechen oder hiervon abweichen.

The present invention is directed to a method and a system for the production of at least one polymeric yarn comprising means for mixing a polymer (1) with a first solvent yielding a mixture; means for homogenizing the mixture; means for rendering the mixture inert (21, 22, 23); means for dipping the mixture into a quenching bath (30), wherein an air gap is maintained before the mixture reaches the quenching bath (30) liquid surface forming at least one polymeric yarn; means for drawing (41) the at least one polymeric yarn at least once; means for washing (5) the at least one polymeric yarn with a second solvent that is more volatile than the first solvent; means for heating the at least one polymeric yarn (6); means for drawing at room temperature (7) the at least one polymeric yarn at least once; and means for heat drawing (8) the at least one polymeric yarn at least once.
