The present invention provides a data transmission method, a remote radio unit RRU, and a baseband unit BBU. The method includes: receiving, by the RRU, stream data sent by the BBU, where the stream data is obtained after the BBU performs resource mapping processing on to-be-transmitted downlink data; performing, by the RRU, stream to antenna mapping processing on the stream data; and sending, by the RRU, mapping-processed data to user equipment by using an antenna. In the data transmission method of embodiments of the present invention, service stream data is transmitted between the BBU and the RRU. This can reduce data traffic between the BBU and the RRU, so as to reduce fronthaul data bandwidth between the BBU and the RRU.

Electric power is provided to motor vehicles via a respective outlet station. A number of outlet stations are connected to a common electric power supply, each with an interface towards a control node. Over the interfaces, the outlet stations receive operation commands from and send status messages to the control node. The control node allocates a fraction of the common electric power supply to each outlet station to which a motor vehicle is connected. The fractions are allocated such that a sum of all fractions represent a total delivered power, which is less than or equal to a predefined maximum level for the common electric power supply. If an interface between an outlet station and the control node is broken, the outlet station is configured to apply a power supply scheme according to which the outlet station is only allowed to deliver electric power up to a level prescribed by a predefined principle stored in each of the outlet stations.

The baseband processing unit includes: a millimeter wave band transceiver, configured to receive an interface signal sent by a radio remote unit by using a millimeter wave band; an interface signal processing module, configured to convert the interface signal received by the millimeter wave band transceiver into uplink baseband data; and a baseband data processing module, configured to: process the uplink baseband data to obtain an uplink baseband signal, and send the uplink baseband signal to a gateway. In the embodiments of the present invention, the baseband processing unit and the radio remote unit may communicate by using the millimeter wave band, thereby saving optical fiber resources.
