    摘要: The present invention relates to a device for positioning electronic circuits arranged on a foil (2), such as chips (1) on a circuit card (11), a ceramic substrate or the like, using a ball-connection method. The chips (1) are lifted from the foil (2) by needles (4) located under said foil and are further picked up by a needle with a suction cup (3) or by a suction cup that rotates said chips (1) by 180 DEG . The chips are then received by another needle with a suction cup (10) and positioned on the circuit card (11) for direct connection of the contact lines. The needles (4) used for lifting the chips (1) as well as the needle with the suction cup (3) for receiving said chips (1) are capable of synchronous and mainly rectilinear or vertical displacement. The needle with the suction cup (3) is placed in a holder (5) which is mounted in an arm (6) so as to be capable of movement, wherein said arm is driven by a drive organ (9) in order to carry out the 180 DEG rotation movement. The additional needle with the suction cup (10) is also arranged in a holder (12) that provides it with four degrees of freedom, i.e. along the axes x, y, z and rotation.

    摘要: A suction head of an electronic part mounting machine for firmly holding an electronic part to place it accurately in position on a printed wiring board. In this mounting machine, an inner end portion of a through bore (27) formed in the central portion of a suction nozzle (24) having at its free end a surface (33) for contact with an electronic part (10) is connected to a vacuum generator. An elastic ring (32) is fitted firmly around a free end portion of the suction nozzle (24) so that the ring (32) surrounds the circumference of the through bore (27) and projects slightly from the contact surface (33). A projecting pin (28), in which a suction portion (38) communicating with the through bore (27) is formed, is slidably fitted in the through bore (27) from a free end portion thereof so that a free end portion of the pin (28) can project from and retract in the inner side of the contact surface (33) by a predetermined length. A spring (31) urges the projecting pin (28) in the direction in which the free end portion of the pin (28) projects from the contact surface (33).
