[Solution] The problem can be solved with an aqueous coating agent composition which comprises (A) a curable resin in an aqueous emulsion form, (B) a surfactant, (C) solid particles, (D) one or more nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds, (E) a film-forming silicone in an aqueous emulsion form, and (F) water. In particular, it is preferable that the (C) component comprise a solid lubricant. In view of the environmental regulations, it is especially preferable that the (D) component be 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone.

Abstract: The present invention provides a multilayer coating film forming method with which it is possible to form a multilayer coating film having a glittering appearance. This method is for forming a multilayer coating film by sequentially applying, on top of a base material, a first base coating material, a second base coating material, and a clear coating material in a wet-on-wet process, wherein: the first base coating material is a transparent or colored coating material; the second coating material contains a flaky lustrous pigment; the contained amount of the flaky lustrous pigment falls within the range of 10-60 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of resin solid content in the second base coating material, and the concentration of solids in the coating falls within the range of 5-20 mass% with respect to the total mass of the second base coating material; and the thickness of a coating film obtained from the second base coating material falls within the range of 1-8 µm on the basis of the coating film when cured.

[Solution]
A method for producing a silver nanowire ink, including mixing urethane resin particles having an average particle diameter of 200 nm or less, containing a urethane resin having a degree of elongation of less than 500%, with a silver nanowire dispersion liquid. The urethane resin may have an average value of 100% modulus (100% Mo), for example, of 6.0 MPa or more. The content of the urethane resin colloid or the urethane resin emulsion may be from 0.01 to 2.0% by mass based on the total amount of the silver nanowire ink. The content of silver is preferably from 0.01 to 2.0% by mass based on the total amount of the silver nanowire ink. The content of the viscosity modifier is preferably from 0.01 to 2.0% by mass based on the total amount of the silver nanowire ink.
