摘要： The present invention addresses the problem of providing an aqueous coating agent composition (in particular, an aqueous lubricating film paint composition that includes a solid lubricant) that suppresses the interaction of a curable resin and a surfactant, suppresses thickening/disproportionation throughout an aqueous coating agent, has superior overall fluidity, coating properties, and storage stability, and can form a favorable coating film, along with the problem of providing a member provided with said coating film, as well as a method for forming said coating film. Said problems can be solved by an aqueous coating agent composition that includes (A) a curable resin in the form of an aqueous emulsion, (B) a surfactant, (C) solid particles, (D) one or more nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, and (E) water. In particular, the component (C) preferably includes a solid lubricant, and for reasons of environmental regulations, it is particularly preferable that the component (D) be 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone.

The lubricant is characterized by having a synergistic additive composition comprising (A) a sulfur-free organo-molybdenum compound, (B) a sulfur-containing organo-molybdenum compound and (C) a triazole derivative prepared by reacting 1,2,4-triazole, a formaldehyde source and an amine; (A), (B) and (C) being present in an amount sufficient to allow the lubricating composition to pass the High Temperature Corrosion Bench Test ASTM D 6594 with respect to Cu and/or Pb corrosion.

摘要： Lubricating oils useful as gear oils, circulating oils, compressor oils and in other applications characterized by and excellent balance of anti-wear and anti-rust characteristics are based on high quality base stocks including a major portion of a hydrocarbon base fluid such as a PAO with a secondary base stock component which is preferably a long chain alkylated aromatic, such as an alkylnaphthalene. A synergistic combination of additives comprising an adduct of a substituted triazole such as benzotriazole or a substituted benzotriazole, e.g. tolyltriazole (TTZ) with an amine phosphate and a trihydrocarbyl phosphate such as cresyl diphenylphosphate (CDP), confers the desired balance of anti-wear and anti-rust properties. In addition, the present oils typically include an anti-oxidant component and a rust inhibitor together with other optional additive components.
