摘要: Verfahren zur Herstellung von mikrodispersen, pulverförmigen oder wäßrigen Fischölpräparaten, wobei man ein Fischöl gemeinsam mit einem Tensid, einem Schutzkolloid, Wasser und gegebenenfalls üblichen galenischen Hilfsstofen zunächst in einem herkömmlichen Schnellrührer voremulgiert und dann in einem Hochdruckhomogenisator so fein emulgiert, daß der mittlere Durchmesser der Öltröpfchen unter 10 µm liegt, und das erhaltene Zweiphasengemisch gegebenenfalls durch Entzug von Wasser in ein Trockenpulver überführt. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird das Fischöl in einem flüchtigen, mit Wasser mischbaren organischen Lösungsmittel gemeinsam mit einem Tensid gegebenenfalls heiß gelöst, die erhaltene Lösung durch Mischen mit einer kalten wäßrigen Lösung eines Schutzkolloids vermischt, wobei die Ölphase in Form submikroskopisch kleiner Teilchen entsteht, das erhaltene Zweiphasengemisch wird in an sich bekannter Weise von dem Lösungsmittel befreit und gegebenenfalls durch Entzug von Wasser in ein Trockenpulver überführt.

摘要: Aspects of the present invention provide methods of drying lecithin in a batch reaction, comprising the steps of obtaining lecithin-containing material (derived from a crude refining stream) comprising 15-50% water, 10-30% acetone insoluble matter, and 10-20% free fatty acid; adding a fatty acid source (also derived from a crude refining stream) to the lecithin-containing material composition to obtain a lecithin/fatty acid reaction mixture; and blowing dry gas through the gum/fatty acid reaction miture to obtain a resultant dried lecithin fatty acid blend having a water content of less than 2%. The resultant dried lecithin fatty acid blend may be used in asphalt or oil field applications.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a solid fat having a specific iodine value. Specifically, provided is a method for producing a solid fat comprising the steps of: (1) mixing and melting under heating a lauric fat and a fatty acid having 14 to 22 carbon atoms, where the amount of the fatty acid is 0.5 to 15% by mass relative to the total mass of the lauric fat and the fatty acid; (2) cooling a hot melt obtained by the melting under heating to obtain a crystallization product; (3) fractionating the crystallization product into a solid fraction and a liquid fraction by solid-liquid separation; and (4) removing the fatty acid from the solid fraction to obtain the solid fat.
