Das extrudierte Kunststoff-Aluminium-Verbundrohr (1) für Installationen weist eine Verstärkungsschicht aus Aluminiumfolie (4) zwischen einem Kunststoff-Innenrohr (2) und einer Kunststoff-Außenschicht (3) auf, die beide aus dem gleichen Kunststoff, z.B. aus einem PP-Random-Copolymerisat nach Typ 3 DIN 8078, bestehen. Das Innenrohr (2), die Aluminiumfolie (4) und die Außenschicht (3) haben eine Gesamt-Wandstärke,die geringer ist als die eines Rohres aus gleichem Kunststoff ohne Aluminiumfolie, wobei die Wandstärke der Kunststoff-Außenschicht (3) etwa ein Viertel der Gesamt-Wandstärke ausmacht. Vor dem Polyfusions-Verschweißen des Kunststoff-Aluminium-Verbundrohres (1) mit Fittings bzw. Formteilen (8) wird das Kunststoff-Aluminium-Verbundrohr (1) vom Ende her auf einer Länge von nur etwa 5 mm im Durchmesser bis unter die Aluminiumfolie (4) abgeschält, wobei eine kegelstumpfartige Übergangsfläche (7) bis zum Außendurchmesser der Außenschicht (3) gebildet wird. Das elektrisch beheizbare Werkzeug zum Schweißen besteht aus einer Heizbuchse (9, 9') zum Erwärmen des abgeschälten Endes des Verbundrohres (1) und aus einem Heizdorn (10, 10') zum Erwärmen des Fitting oder Formteils (8). Dabei ist die Bohrung der Heizbuchse nach innen hin im Durchmesser reduziert (13, 15), und der Heizdorn ist in entsprechender Weise im Außendurchmesser zum Ende hin reduziert (14, 16). Die Reduzierung kann jeweils konisch (13, 14) oder abgestuft zylindrisch (15, 16) sein.

The present invention provides a polyamide resin composition not only having an appropriate melt viscosity despite addition of a conductive filler thereto but also having excellent moldability, conductivity, low-temperature impact resistance, and fuel barrier properties. The present invention is a polyamide resin composition containing specific amounts of a polyamide, a modified resin, and a conductive filler. The polyamide contains: dicarboxylic acid units containing 50 mol% or more of terephthalic acid units and/or naphthalenedicarboxylic acid units; and diamine units containing 60 mol% or more of aliphatic diamine units having 4 to 18 carbon atoms, and has terminal amino groups in an amount of 5 to 60 µmol/g. The modified resin has been modified with an unsaturated compound having a carboxyl group and/or an acid anhydride group. In the polyamide resin composition, a difference between the number of moles (M I ) of the terminal amino groups of the polyamide and the number of moles (M II ) of the carboxyl groups and the acid anhydride groups of the modified resin in 1 g in total of the polyamide and the modified resin is -5.0 µmol or more and less than 4.0 µmol, and the number of moles (M II ) is more than 4.0 µmol.

The double-walled pipe (10) comprises a pipe body (1) being rigidly formed from plastic in one piece with an inner wall (2), with an outer wall (3) and with a plurality of wall supports (4), the wall supports (4) connecting the inner wall (2) to the outer wall (3), the inner wall (2) and the outer wall (3) defining an intermediate space (5). The double-walled pipe (10) further comprises an electrically conductive coating (6) surrounding the inner wall (2) within the intermediate space (5) and being configured to heat up under application of an electric current such that heat is transferred to the inner wall. The invention further pertains to a method for manufacturing a double-walled pipe (10) of this type using an additive manufacturing or 3D printing technique.
