The series circuit enables passage of a reverse current of the Zener diode (ZD1). In the discharge part (920), the series circuit is electrically connected between a control terminal (20) and the signal source (910) to enable the reverse current of the Zener diode (ZD1) to flow from the control terminal (20) to the signal source (910).

摘要: A system for converting power comprising a plurality of modules comprising a storage device, connected in series and having each at least one DC power source. A voltage control circuitry in each module connects the storage device between a maximum and minimum module voltage to create a stepwise approximation of a mains signal. A compensator unit is provided in series with the modules including a storage device charged by the power sources. A control unit is used to ramp up or down the voltage between the input and output of the compensator unit to follow the desired AC signal. When the control unit operates a module to vary the supplied voltage from either zero to the maximum or minimum values, or vice versa, the control unit applies via compensator voltage control circuitry a corresponding but opposed change in the voltage supplied by the compensator unit.

In the rectifying smoothing circuit, a (N + 1)-number of arms each have two of the rectifying devices, and are disposed in parallel to one another between the pair of output terminals, a secondary winding in each of the N-number of transformers is coupled between adjacent ones of the (N + 1)-number of arms to individually form an H-bridge coupling, and the additional winding is coupled in series to one or more of the secondary windings in the N-number of transformers.

摘要: A direct-current to three-phase alternating-current inverter system includes a three-phase motor, a plurality of switching elements, an inverter circuit for the three-phase motor, a capacitor, a direct-current power source and a control circuit. The switching elements arranged in the inverter circuit serve as upper and lower arms for the respective three phases of the three-phase motor, respectively. The capacitor is connected in parallel to the respective pairs of the upper and lower arms. The direct-current power source is arranged between the neutral-point of the three-phase motor and the respective lower arms or the respective upper arms. The control circuit controls the switching elements such that at least the switching frequency of one pair of the switching elements for one phase through which the current having the greatest value flows is lower than the switching frequencies of the other pairs of the switching elements for the other phases.

摘要: Provided is a power conversion device in which the effect of switching noise generated when drive circuits drive switching elements can be reduced. The power conversion device is characterized in that drive-circuit/power supply-circuit placement and wiring regions (UP, UN, VP, VN, WP, WN) of a high current system in which the drive circuits (DR1-DR6) and the power supply circuits (P1-P6) are disposed on the substrate (11) are provided for the respective switching elements with isolating regions (AR11-AR16) interposed between the drive-circuit/power supply-circuit placement and wiring regions and the control circuit (CNT) of a low current system; a gap L is formed between the pairs of the drive-circuit/power supply-circuit regions; and then power supply transformers (T1-T6) for transforming a voltage supplied from the control circuit (CNT) are provided for the respective power supply circuits (P1-P6) in-between the isolating regions (AR11-AR16).

A carrier generating unit applies a carrier (C1) that monotonically decreases to a switching control unit during either one of a first period (T10) that is a period immediately following a period in which a voltage command value (V**) is a value not more than a minimum value of the carrier, the voltage command value taking a first predetermined value larger than the minimum value of the carrier in the first period, and a second period (T10) that is a period immediately preceding a period in which the voltage command value is not less than a maximum value, the voltage command value taking a second predetermined value smaller than the maximum value in the second period, and applies a carrier (C2) that monotonically increases to the switching control unit during either one of a third period (T13) that is a period immediately following a period in which the voltage command value is a value not less than the maximum value, the voltage command value taking a third predetermined value smaller than the maximum value in the third period, and a fourth period (T13) that is a period immediately following a period in which the voltage command value is not more than the minimum value, the voltage command value taking a fourth predetermined value larger than the minimum value in the fourth period.
