An optimized nutrient fatty acid composition capable of using as food, skin care, hair care and media for delivery of drugs and nutrients through mucous membrane, skin and parenterally for humans, pets and farm animals, with a ratio of omega 6 fatty acid to omega 3 fatty acids ranging from 1:1 to 1:1.25 stabilized with vitamin E 0.8-4 mg/ml. The present disclosure provides nutritional compositions comprising docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (ARA). The nutritional compositions may comprise an emulsion of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (ARA), and are suitable for enteral delivery as a nutritional supplement or for oral delivery as a human milk or infant formula fortifier. Additionally, the present disclosure provides methods for delivering nutrients to subjects requiring small-volume nutritional support, such as preterm infants. The nutritional compositions are useful, for example, in correcting nutritional deficiencies by increasing a subject's intake of nutrients, such as ω-3 or ω-6 long-chain polyunsaturated acids.

Là présente invention concerne les procédés de fabrication d'un complément alimentaire à base d'au moins une huile essentielle en poudre. Le procédé consiste essentiellement à pré-centrifuger une quantité d'algue à une vitesse V1 ; à porter la vitesse de centrifugation à une valeur V2 supérieure à V1 tout en mélangeant, à l'algue, une huile essentielle pulvérisée portée à une température déterminée ; à soumettre le mélange algue-huile essentielle à une pression déterminée sous atmosphère d'un gaz donné ; à ramener le mélange algue-huile essentielle à la pression atmosphérique et à la température ambiante, à soumettre le mélange algue-huile essentielle à une autre centrifugation tout en ajoutant une certaine quantité d'extrait sec de plantes et de silice colloïdale, et à laisser reposer le mélange final pour obtenir une poudre apte à constituer le complément alimentaire à base d'huile essentielle en poudre.
