摘要: A positive drive differential assembly including a differential with an input pinion configured to operably engage with a drive shaft so as to permit the drive shaft to rotate the pinion. A bi-directional overrunning clutch assembly is configured to transmit torque between the pinion and two drive axle segments. A pinion disconnect assembly is provided for controlling transmission of rotation to the pinion and including a rotary coupler. A linear actuator is connected to the rotary coupler and configured to translate the rotary coupler between connected and disconnected positions.

摘要: A drivetrain 2 for a vehicle with an electric propulsion motor 4 has at least two shafts 9, 24 28 as driving shafts configured for being driven by the motor 4. At least one of the shafts 9, 24, 28 is a bifid shaft. The drivetrain 2 may comprise a differential 76. Output shafts 84, 90 form outputs, e. g. from the differential 76. Rotational speed of the first shaft 9, 24 is reduced by a transmission stage 14, 16, 17 formed by at least two gearwheels 50, 52, 56, each being fixed to one of the first 9, 24, and second shafts 28. Preferably, the second shaft 28 is the bifid shaft. A disconnect 60 is part of the bifid second shaft 28, which is arranged to be switched into a disconnected state while a prevailing torque is introduced from a secondary side.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of aerial work platforms, in particular to a linear actuator with a contact type safety nut and a fault detection method thereof. The linear actuator includes a central screw, a driving nut mechanism, a safety nut mechanism, and a driving control assembly. The central screw has a screw raceway. The safety nut mechanism includes a safety nut seat sleeved at the periphery of the central screw. Limit hole channels pointing to the central screw are arranged on the safety nut seat. An elastic buffer element is arranged in each of the limit hole channels. A safety ball is arranged between the elastic buffer element and the central screw. The driving control assembly includes a motor for driving the central screw to rotate and a motor controller for controlling the motor to operate.
