    摘要: Polynucleotides which are novel causative genes for cancer are elucidated, and a detection method of the polynucleotides or polypeptides encoded by the polynucleotides, and a kit and a primer set for detection are provided, based on the knowledge gained by the elucidation. In the detection method, a fusion gene comprising part of an SDC4, CD74, EZR, SLC34A2, LRIG3, or TPM3 gene and part of a ROS1 gene, or a fusion protein encoded by the fusion gene is detected. The primer set or the detection kit comprises a sense primer designed based on a portion encoding SDC4, CD74, EZR, SLC34A2, LRIG3, or TPM3 and an antisense primer designed based on a portion encoding ROS1.

    摘要: Disclosed is a surgical system for small-pit closure in hollow organs having excellent operability, safety, and reliability, and whereby it is possible to reduce the duration and invasiveness of surgery by avoiding major surgical procedures. The surgical system is provided with a surgical device (1, 1A) for small-pit closure in hollow organs, with said surgical device including the following components, which are connected sequentially: a suture-member cartridge (5-5B) in which a pair of parallel tubular members (51) that accommodate respective suture members (100-120) configured of a suture thread (103-143) are feedably connected to the rear ends of a pair of arrowy-shaped members (101-121) that latch into tissue in a hollow organ; an auxiliary shooting unit (3-3B) having plungers respectively provided in a pair of cylinders (31, 31B) open at both ends; a hollow-organ-insertable unit (2, 2A) configured of a pair of flexible air tubes; and a gas shooter (4-4B) that sequentially discharges compressed air or high-pressure gas into the open-ended cylinders in response to operations of a trigger (44-4B4), for sequentially ejecting the arrowy-shaped members and driving the same into tissue in the hollow organ (T) on both sides of a small pit (Tc) site. The surgical device is used, in combination with an endoscope (200, 200A) that is inserted into the hollow organ, for closing and suturing the hollow organ tissue at the small-pit site.
