    摘要: Metal colloidal particles are disclosed, which are capable of forming a metal colloid by dispersing in either or both of an aqueous dispersion medium and a nonaqueous dispersion medium in a range of 5 to 50 % by weight while mixing, comprising metal particles and a protective agent coordination-modified on the surface of the particles, wherein the particles constituting the metal colloidal particles are one or two or more metal particles made of a metal selected from the group consisting of A, Ag, Pt, Cu, Pd, Ni, Zn, Ru, Rh and Ir, and the protective agent having a carbon skeleton containing nitrogen in the molecule, and having a structure of being coordination-modified on the surface of the metal particles using nitrogen or an atomic group including nitrogen as an anchor, wherein the protective agent has one, or two or more functional groups selected from the group consisting of alkoxysilyl group, silanol group and hydroxyalkyl group in a molecular structure, and
    the metal particles contain an Au component as a main component contain one, or two or more metal components other than the Au component as an accessory component, and also satisfy at least obe selected from the following (A) to (E):
    (A) the accessory component constituting the metal particles contains at least an Ag component and a Cu component, and the content of the accessory component in the metal particles is from 5 to 40% by weight and the content of the Ag component in the accessory component is from 40 to 60% by weight,
    (B) the accessory component constituting the metal particles contains at least an Ag component and a Cu component, and
    the content of the accessory component in the metal particles is from 5 to 40% by weight and the content of Ag component in the accessory component is 65% by weight or more,
    (C) the accessory component constituting the metal particles contains at least an Ag component and a Cu component, and
    the content of the accessory component in the metal particles is from 5 to 40% by weight and the content of Ag component in the accessory component is 30% by weight or less,
    (D) the accessory component constituting the metal particles contains at least an Ag component, a Cu component, and a Pd component, and the content of the accessory component in the metal particles is from 5 to 40% by weight and the content of the Ag component in the accessory component is 30% by weight or less,
    (E) the accessory component constituting the metal particles contains at least a Pd component, and
    the content of the accessory component in the metal particles is from 5 to 40% by weight.
    Further, a metal colloid-containing coat formed article, a transfer sheet, a metal colloid-containing coat formed article comprising a transfer film transferred from the transfer sheet, a pen, a brush-pencil, a cartridge for pen and a disposable ampoule, each being filled with the metal colloid and a base material with a conductive film, having resistivity of 1 × 10 -3 Ω•cm or less wherein the metal colloidal particles are contained, a stamp pad and a seal impression pad wherein the metal colloidal particles are contained, a drawn material comprising said metal colloidal particles are disclosed.

    摘要: A flux powder which has satisfactory spreading properties when used in brazing magnesium-containing aluminum materials. It is noncorrosive, highly safe, relatively inexpensive, highly economical, and generally usable extensively. It is an improved flux powder for use in the brazing of aluminum materials having a magnesium content of 0.1-1.0 wt.%. It comprises KAlF 4 , K 2 AlF 5 , and K 2 AlF 5 ·H 2 O. It is characterized in that it has composition in which the K/Al molar ratio is 1.00-1.20, the F/Al molar ratio is 3.80-4.10, and the total content of K 2 AlF 5 and K 2 AlF 5 ·H 2 O is 6.0-40.0 wt.%, with the remainder being KAlF 4 , and that part or all of the crystal structure of the K 2 AlF 5 ·H 2 O is at least one of K-deficient type, F-deficient type, and K- and F-deficient type crystal structures.

    摘要: This metallic silicon is manufactured by refining molten crude metallic silicon by unidirectional solidification, and has a purity of 3N or more to 6N or less and an average crystal grain diameter of 1 mm or more. This method for manufacturing the metallic silicon includes: solidifying molten crude metallic silicon in a mold which contains fine silica particles in an inner peripheral layer thereof by unidirectional solidification at a rate of 1 mm/min or less; and then cooling to 200°C or below at a rate of 2°C/min or less.

    摘要: This method for producing a potassium perfluoroalkanesulfonate includes an electrochemical fluorination step in which an alkanesulfonyl halide compound is subjected to electrochemical fluorination in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, thereby to generate a production gas containing perfluoroalkanesulfonyl fluoride as the main component. In addition, for example, the methods may include a gas absorption step in which the production gas is reacted with an aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide, thereby to generate a gas absorbed solution containing potassium perfluoroalkanesulfonate, a purification step in which impurities such as potassium fluoride, potassium hydroxide, and potassium sulfate, are removed, and a concentration and collection step in which the aqueous solution from which the impurities are removed is concentrated and dried. In the electrochemical fluorination, for example, it is possible that the proton concentration in the reaction solution is maintained in the range of 150 to 1,500 ppm to suppress the formation of byproducts.

    摘要: It is aimed at providing a brazing flux powder, which exhibits an excellent spreadability in case of brazing of an Mg-containing aluminum-based material, which is non-corrosive and is thus excellent in safety, which is relatively inexpensive and is thus economically excellent, and which can be used in a wide and general manner. There is provided an improvement in a flux powder containing therein KAlF 4 , K 2 AlF 5 , and K 2 AlF 5 ·H 2 O, usable for brazing of an aluminum-based material having an Mg content of 0.1 to 1.0 wt%, and the improving characteristic configuration resides in that the flux powder has a composition where a K/Al molar ratio is within a range of 1.00 to 1.20 and an F/Al molar ratio is within a range of 3.80 to 4.10, and the K 2 AlF 5 and K 2 AlF 5 ·H 2 O have a sum content of 6.0 to 40.0 wt%, balance KAlF 4 , and that part or the whole of the crystal structure of K 2 AlF 5 ·H 2 O is at least one of a K-defective type, F-defective type, and K-and-F-defective type crystal structure.
