A method for the collection and regranulation of waste containing drawn plastics comprises a series of steps whereby said waste: a) is processed in a first reduction stage employing a cutting device to give a particle mixture of reduced volume, and then, b) said mixture is subjected continuously to selective heating up to the relaxation temperature of a drawn plastics portion of the particle mixture by means of a heating line connected to or prior to the reduction stage; c) the resulting product and a fraction of shrunken, embrittled plastic particles of one kind, and at least a further fraction of unshrunken particles of one or more other kinds of plastic undergo, d) continuous separation or sorting in a suitable separating or sorting device applying a separating or sorting process, to give the fractions mentioned in c).

According to a process for separating thermoplastic components from a mixed stream and sorting different types of thermoplastics in which the thermoplastic components are softened by selective heating, it is proposed that plastic components softened in temperature ranges defined according to type be fixed on separating bodies penetrating or transpiercing the softened surfaces of the plastic components and then removed from the separating bodies. Sorting is accomplished by at least one conveying separating body (4, 14 to 16) having a flat or curved surface fitted with structures (10, 11) to penetrate or transpierce the softened surfaces of the plastic components (23 to 26) and to maintain the plastic components on the separating body, and a device (5) (doctor blade) to remove the plastic components secured to the separators after they have been removed from the mixed stream.

Durch die Nutzung einer vorläufig fixierenden Klebung kann die Passung (e,f) der Folie auf dem Rollladen in Abstimmung zum Fensterrahmen überprüft und gegebenenfalls korrigiert werden bevor in weiteren Arbeitsschritten die gesamte Folie auf den Rollladen geklebt wird.
